My second daughter is visiting today. (^^)
It seems her husband's parents went to Nagasaki,
so she brought over some souvenirs they entrusted to her. (^ー^)

She said she would come around noon, so I asked what she wanted to eat, assuming she'd be having lunch,
fried chicken,
omurice,
and potato salad,
so I made them! (*^-^*)

We haven't been deep-frying anything at home lately. (・・;)
I thought about deep-frying for the first time in a while, but it's still a hassle, so
I decided to use a kitchen appliance called an air fryer
to make the fried chicken! (^ー^)

This way, I can make fried chicken without deep-frying,
and it's healthy, too.

I bought it quite a while ago, but when there are many people,
it takes quite a bit of effort.
Now that it's just the three of us, I've started using it.
It was useful for my second daughter this time, too! (^^)

My eldest daughter also came by later to pick up some things,
and she ate some before leaving, so this is all that's left. (^-^;)

For the omurice, I usually
wrap ketchup rice with green peppers, carrots, and onions in egg,
but today I had some shirasu and komatsuna furikake,
so I wrapped shirasu and komatsuna soy sauce rice in egg.
Packed with calcium! (^ー^)

She is now 5 months pregnant.
When she goes for her next checkup, I think
we'll know if it's a boy or a girl. (*^^*)

Which one will it be? I'm looking forward to it. (*^-^*)

I worked hard on a deep clean of our cats' room the other day, but I only had two hours, so it ended up being half-finished.

I collect the fur on the futon with a brush
and then vacuum it up, but Papiko, who loves the vacuum cleaner,

He comes in front of me, asking me to do it for him too.
I have no choice but to brush Papiko's body and vacuum up the fur.

I can't get any cleaning done, so I go back to the futon right away, but he's persistent about wanting me to do it,
and when I work on a different spot

all the cats have fallen asleep on the futon. (*´Д｀*)
It looks like I won't be able to clean the futon for a while. (//∇//)

I put out a bed I made last year from a kotatsu futon that we weren't using anymore,
and before I knew it, Mou-chan had gone inside.

Monaka went inside too. (^^)

The other kids came over to the futon.

I also made a house for the outdoor cats!

I haven't seen them go in together yet.
I'll have to remake them a bit bigger. (x_x)

I hope I can find a box that's just the right size!

I'll do my best to make it.
