Deep cleaning the cats' room! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

It's gotten cooler, hasn't it? (*´▽｀*)
It was even a bit chilly this morning.

It really feels like autumn, but it seems like winter will be here in no time. (￣。￣;)

Today, I did a deep clean of the cats' room. (*^o^*)
I also did a little rearranging, trying my best to make it comfortable for the cats. (^-^;)

When I clean the cats' room, I wear a ridiculous outfit. (^^)

I wear a black tracksuit (the kind where fur doesn't stick easily and is easy to brush off),
and I also wear one of those hats with a mesh face cover that people use for farm work to keep bugs away.

When I clean, the fur flies around, which tickles my nose and makes me sneeze and get a runny nose, making it impossible to get any cleaning done,
so I thought it might be good to wear this,
and when I tried it, it was perfect. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

But at first, the cats were like, 'Who are you?' and So-chan was so surprised he ran away. (^-^;)

I think I've cleaned in this outfit before, but they don't seem to remember. They figured it out pretty quickly, though. (;^_^A

The cats were wandering around wondering what was going to happen, but they eventually realized it was just the usual thing and watched from a spot where they wouldn't get in the way, so it was easy to work. (^ー^)

I finally took down the bamboo blinds, too.
Puchi really seemed like he wanted to go out, though.
I removed them desperately to make sure he couldn't get out. (o^-^)


It seems the cats are happy when things are clean, too. (*^^*)

It was past noon, so the cats were in nap mode!

I haven't been able to spend much time with the cats, and I noticed their claws were getting long,
so I thought I needed to trim them.

My eldest daughter is good at trimming claws, so until now, I would ask her to do it when she could, but since we found out she has a cat allergy, I haven't been able to ask her.

The other day, my eldest daughter came down from upstairs and said, 'The cats' claws have gotten long!'
she said.

Me: "That's true. I've been thinking I need to trim them."

Eldest daughter: "I already trimmed them!"

Me: "You trimmed them for me?!" (*´▽｀*)
"That's great! Thank you."

Perhaps my eldest daughter was feeling good that day,
or maybe she wanted to be comforted by the cats,
but she noticed their claws were getting long and trimmed them, which was a huge help.
I'm so glad. (^^)

I'm relieved they didn't get hurt from their claws growing too long. This should be fine for a while now. (^^)

My mother will be home from day service soon. (^ー^)
I'd better get ready!
