[Second Half of 2022] Bi-katsu (Bito-activity) Past and Present. [Bi-katsu Summary]

And along with that, it has been a very, very long time!
Lately, even in the real world, when I introduce myself by saying, "I like Isao Bito," people sometimes say, "Oh, I've heard about that," I'm Nagaoka.
……To whom? What? Are they hearing about???

Anyway!
Since I've been away for so long, you might have thought my Bi-katsu (Bito-activity) had stalled. No, no, wait, wait, can he even breathe in a space-time without Isao components? Is he okay? If you were worried about things like that,
I'm sorry.
I'm okay.
I'm super okay.

Because, the Bi-katsu itself,

I mean, for that reason, I was hit with quite a force of schedule-related constraints, and various deadlines (also known as delivery dates!) for things necessary for survival came rushing in like a raging sea,
so I couldn't manage to put out any output! That's what it was! You know!

It seems these busy days will continue for a little while longer, and I don't have the time to talk about each thing carefully, but I still want to release it,
If I just keep thinking, "Isao Bito is great, isn't he!", I'll be crushed by the overwhelming mass of the "great!" part of that "he's so great!" and end up like a wrinkle-free pressed dress shirt (I'll accept opinions that that might be good in its own way),
so this time, although it's a bit irregular, I'd like to make this a session where I shout my love comprehensively about my Bi-katsu during the period I was away, the second half of 2022 (from around October?!)!

I mean, in short, this and that and everything,
I want to talk about how it was super cool, super cool, and so on, all at once! Bam.

■ Katsuno Gekidan "Beyond the Rainbow ~ Kii-chan and Maa-chan's Secret"

First, the theatrical stage!
The characters sing plenty! But since they sing as "songs" within the play, it can be called a straight play, not a musical.
Of course, our Isao Bito sings too! I mean, he sings at the very climax!
When I saw it for the first time, I was so surprised and happy that he was "singing here!?" that I almost cried from the start of the song. I was a customer who completely got the crying point wrong, yes.

Bito's (so cute.) role was, well, like a god, or rather like a fairy (misnomer?), a person who exists outside the story and can overlook history, and he also served as the narrator.
So, the lines themselves came out of the equipment as recordings, so the Bito body (body?) on stage hardly spoke (he did say "Yay," though. That was also intensely cute!), but
instead! How luxurious, his emotional movements were <expressed through tap dance>.
This was really wonderful.
Well, to put it very roughly, it's a story about a schoolgirl during the war who time-slips into the post-war era when things were starting to become affluent,
and Bito's fairy (misnomer.) shows his face in both eras, watching over the characters.
It felt like the atmosphere of those two eras? was also expressed through tap, you know, he would perform light steps during the peaceful, tranquil times, and intense steps filled with anger during the serious scenes of the war, you know,
I thought that humans can really express so many things without using words. It made my heart race.

In addition to tap, he also conveyed the main themes of the story through sign language, and Bito's fairy (there's no other word but misnomer now) who didn't speak was very active in various ways, but
that way, Isao Bito (the cutest in human history!), who had been silent (in terms of lines) and watching over the characters on stage, finally sings near the climax, and that singing voice is truly, truly, heart-piercingly cool.
The song he sings is by Diamond Yukai, who is also the music director, but I thought it was very, very compatible with Isao Bito's (cute!) perfect, sexy voice that seems both wet and dry!!

And and, believe it or not, when you buy the pamphlet, you get a soundtrack CD! Isn't it too luxurious that the bonus is a CD??
Of course, the version of the theme song sung by Bito's fairy (I told you it was a misnomer) was also included, it's extremely good value!!!!
The songs sung by other actors in the play are also all wonderful, I'm enchanted and it's rare, so I'm in a bit of a panic.

Oh yes, hehe, since I wrote "when I saw it for the first time" casually earlier, those who noticed might have realized,

There were days when I watched both day and night shows, so by the second half,
I'm very sorry to say, but I became a customer with such high concentration that I knew if an actor made a mistake in their lines, and if anything, I could say it for them, but what should I do? (※You don't have to do anything.) level.
But I didn't get bored at all! If anything, it was such a wonderful and heart-touching stage that I felt I could watch 9 more stages.

■ BRIDGE OF THE RAINBOW 2022
This is a charity event held every year with Jiei Kabira as the center!
The first half was a show by celebrities from various fields, and the second half was a musical by children, and it was very worth watching.

Bito (♡) had a rather sharp pompadour, which is rare for recent times, and was super hot! It seems it was a hairstyle made by the hair and makeup artist,
Oh my, really, thank you always to all the Busshi (※a very personal term for worshipping the god-like staff)! Thank you for the treat!!

There was a duo with Mr. Kabira, and there were many English songs including Elvis numbers! I never get tired of hearing Bito sing Hound Dog.

Also, that's right! Poke-san from TAP DO! also appeared as a guest,
and I was able to see a reproduction of the <Tomorrow's Joe x Juggling> act from that super interesting performance where Isao Bito (the cutest in the world.) appeared as a guest at the beginning of 2021! It was super happy!
This time Bito (♡) wasn't in Tange cosplay (←well, obviously), but at the end, the flow of Poke-san giving juggling cups to Bito (♡) and Mr. Kabira was super cute!
Moreover, since Mr. Kabira succeeded on the first try (←he was surprised himself), Isao Bito (the cutest in the whole universe!), who was handed a cup immediately after (and who also has "juggler" listed on his Wikipedia), panicked at the unexpected development and couldn't get it in for a while, showing a slightly timid demeanor (super rare.), so I was struck by the genuine gap moe...!!

■ KNP Live with Isao Bito
At the beginning of December, I also went to the winter version of the live concert of KNP (a very cool band), who also appeared as a guest in the summer!!

For some reason, on this day, his voice was a little hoarser than usual, a <voice leaning towards sexy>! In other words, it was a sexy-leaning Bito!
No, I mean, I'd be萌 (moe) either way! Husky is also good, isn't it good!!!

This collaboration live with KNP, it's really wonderful, this time too, his daughter Momoko-san appeared!

I was moved to tears when I heard the parent-child duo live for the first time at the summer live, but, oh, it was good this time too!!
Since it was December, they also did a Christmas medley, and it was super cool. If the father is cool, the daughter is also cool.

KNP, they did it again! They streamed this wonderful live with an archive. How god-like are they!! What are they trying to rule!!!
Even after returning to Sapporo, for 2 weeks, I watched and listened to the video at every opportunity and grinned and grinned. At a live house, there are many expressions and gestures that I can't see from my angle, so I'm really, really, really grateful for the streamed video that shows close-ups! I'll worship it.

Furthermore, they said they might do this collaboration live again at the beginning of the year (this year already!), so I'm waiting for follow-up reports. No, I want them to make it a regular thing, if they do it every month, I'll go watch it every month!!!

■ "Three GGs Christmas Live" in Osaka

As you know, the super-dandy unit of Masao Orimo, Takamichi, and Isao Bito (♡), the Three GGs Christmas version live!

Actually, was this on Christmas day? The live in Tokyo was the year-end one, but
that was too close to the end of the year (the deadline...), so I couldn't make it,
so I participated in the Kansai version held at Kadoza in Shinsaibashi, Osaka (it seems to be a venue where they usually do rakugo) a little earlier!

Um... I was very surprised, but the Osaka audience... they are a bit different!
It's not my place to say as someone coming from Sapporo, but it was completely different from the lives in the Kanto region that I usually attend, because, well, somehow, they really call out to the performers from the audience...! They even make retorts...!!
It was so powerful that I was a little scared at first, but I watched it twice, day and night (hehe), so I got used to it by the second half and enjoyed laughing along with them.
But, when Bito was singing "Tomorrow's Joe" and forgot the name of the lyricist (Shuji Terayama) and was like, "What was that teacher's... name?", this unworthy Nagaoka, since I was in the front row again, tried saying "It's Shuji Terayama" a few times, but I regret that it didn't reach him at all because I was overwhelmed by the volume of the Osaka people around me... or so I thought, but Isao Bito, who seemed to have ended up not knowing the correct answer, started singing with a vague feeling, which was,

A-and, the Three GGs, believe it or not, released a new song! It's their first CD!
It was unveiled for the first time at this Christmas live, and both of the two coupling songs are super, super good.

The other song, it seems Takamichi-san made this! Versatile!

The lyrics are woven with the trajectory of the three Three GGs so far, and of course there are solos for each, and it's a heart-warming song that makes you cry when you listen to it along with Cool.
Bito's part has a story of a boy who was a juggler meeting the King (Elvis), admiring him, and aiming to be a singer, packed into a tight number of characters, and I thought, people who write lyrics are really amazing.

Of course, Orimo-san and Takamichi-san's parts are also very wonderful.

★ Movie "Mr. Moonlight ~ 1966 The Beatles Budokan Performance, The Dream We All Saw ~"
This, as many of you know, is a documentary film about the Beatles' visit to Japan.
It seems it includes a lot of interviews with people involved at the time, and of course, Isao Bito (♡), who served as the opening act in a shiny denim jacket and jeans (he's cute! Please watch the video, he's really cute!!), also appears!!!
It will be released from January 27th!

This is a story about the Beatles' genesis, when they were a 5-piece band.
