Lazy Vegetarian Cooking🤭 Dinner at the Neru household🍚 Yesterday's leftover 'Hoku-Hoku Stew' becomes a medicinal curry🍛✨
Hello😊
Since there was some 'Hoku-Hoku Stew' (simmered new potatoes and new onions) left over from dinner at the Neru household last night...
I used it to make a medicinal curry with store-bought curry roux✨

・Cabbage
・Daikon radish
・Carrot
・Ginger
Seasoning (approximate amounts)
・Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
・Mirin: 1 tbsp
・Beet sugar: 1-2 tsp (to taste)
・Black vinegar: 1 tsp
・Sesame oil
How to make
Cut the vegetables into appropriate sizes.
Julienne the ginger.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over everything and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess moisture firmly.
Just mix the seasonings in a bowl and toss with the vegetables.
Letting it sit for 15-30 minutes allows the flavors to settle,
making it the perfect side dish for curry.
