Sweet and Sour Pickled New Onion Black Version🖤
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Ingredients
New onion... 1
Black vinegar... 3 tablespoons (regular vinegar is also fine)
Beet sugar... 2 tablespoons
Salt... 1/3 teaspoon
Soy sauce... 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Thinly slice the new onion
If you want to keep the crunch, slicing it a bit thicker is also great✨
Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to soften the sharpness🤗

Add the vinegar, beet sugar, salt, and soy sauce, then
mix.

I added too much black vinegar😅
Oh well (lol)

Mix, mix~
Mix, mix~
Let it sit for about half a day so the flavors meld, and it will become glossy and delicious🥰
Put it in a container and it's done~🙌

It already looks delicious🤤
Arrangement tips🌿
Add a little yuzu kosho → Adult flavor

he feels more like the final boss of the New Onion Empire🤣✨
The Chief really looks like he wants a taste, but...
onions are not safe for him to eat🤣
