[Pharmacist's Privilege] Get XX0,000 yen just by having an interview! Revealing the know-how | The ultimate side hustle? Point-earning? | Real estate investment
Don't you often see real estate investment ads on Facebook or Instagram that say “Get a XX0,000 yen Amazon gift card just by having an interview!”?
As a former securities man, I, Nerimaru, am actually also a real estate investor. Leading up to my property purchase, I thought, “It's great that I can get a gift card while having an interview with a real estate company and learning various things!” With that mindset, I actually had interviews with 15 companies to listen to what they had to say, and got about 230,000 yen in Amazon and other gift cards.
I think it's quite amazing that real estate companies give away XX0,000 yen in gift cards just for an interview. However, on the other hand, there are various conditions for the recipient—that is, you—and you won't get the gift card unless you clear all of them.
A typical condition is your place of employment.
What are they checking at this place of employment?
They are checking whether you can receive a loan from a bank.
One of the merits of real estate investment is the leverage effect.
This refers to using the principle of leverage to generate large profits with little capital.
Applied to real estate investment, it means that by making an initial contribution of only 100,000 yen as a down payment and purchasing a property with a bank loan for the rest, you can earn rental income and depreciation expenses.
That is why your place of employment is checked as an important item.
If you are a pharmacist, you can clear this item without any difficulty.
It is truly a pharmacist's privilege.

As an aside, the same can be said not only for investment real estate but also for home loans when purchasing your own home.
Pharmacist's Privilege
I think you now understand the importance of loans in real estate investment and the circumstances of real estate companies that want to have many points of contact with prospective customers who can get loans.
Therefore, your current status as a pharmacist is a great weapon.
In other words, it is creditworthiness.
If you leverage that creditworthiness, you can get XX0,000 yen just by having an interview with a real estate company.
I think this is an amazing privilege.
You can use that interview for a side hustle or as a temporary income source like point-earning, or you can do it to study for real estate investment like Nerimaru, or you can have a serious interview to evaluate whether to consider investing.
How you use it is up to you, as you have the creditworthiness.
