🌟Introduction
I usually use AI (mainly ChatGPT) when creating my note articles.
AI is not just a tool for writing text, but a partner that helps me organize my thoughts and makes the text easier to read.
In this article, I will introduce how I use AI to organize and finish my writing, using my actual article "The subconscious trap that people who work hard but aren't rewarded don't notice" as an example💖

1️⃣ Tell the AI who you want to reach
First, before writing the article, I talk to the AI using voice input
The actual content I told the AI👇 (it might have been more detailed🙇)
• "I want to write a text that reaches people who feel they aren't rewarded even if they work hard"
• "I want people who aren't successful even if they try hard to be able to notice their own subconscious"
• "I want the content to make people think 'I see, let's try taking action' after reading it"
Based on this information, the AI organizes the axis of the entire article from the reader's perspective.
In other words, it automatically thinks about what kind of text will be relatable and in what order it should be presented to be easy to understand✨
2️⃣ Tell the AI the specific content you want to include
Next, I tell the AI the points I want to include in the text using voice input
The actual content is👇 (roughly)
• The belief that 'working hard = value' instilled since childhood
• The reason why you aren't rewarded even if you work hard is the influence of the subconscious and biorhythms
• There are times when you have a self that doesn't want change even if you think you 'want to achieve it'
• If you succeed at the wrong time, it will fall apart
• The subconscious reacts more strongly to the vibration of self-affirmation than self-denial
• The importance of accumulating small 'OKs'
• Living with a vibration of peace of mind is the shortest route to making your wishes come true
• Focusing on small joys and comforts in daily life
• Specific examples and episodes that readers can easily relate to
• The importance of acting in accordance with the flow and timing of the universe
• Characteristics of the vibration of people who are rewarded (relax and enjoy, act with peace of mind, follow the timing of the universe)
• Creating a flow that makes readers think 'I can do it too'
• Emphasis on continuing and not seeking perfection
By telling the AI this, it automatically organizes the text structure, paragraph arrangement, and even adjusts the tone of voice.
3️⃣ Having AI organize my writing
I just talk about things roughly, and leave the writing to AI
• Convert spoken content into natural text
• Smooth out the connections between paragraphs
• Adjust expressions so readers can easily empathize
• Refine the tempo and conversational tone
This results in an article that is easy to read and conveys the message well, even if it's long💫
The key is to go back and forth multiple times
You can't write a good article on the first try
4️⃣ Adding my own touch
I add personal experiences and specific examples to the text organized by AI
• Episodes where I noticed traps in my subconscious
• Examples of small daily realizations and joys
• Supplements that make readers feel, "I see, I could do that too"
By doing this, an original article is completed that fuses AI's organizational power with my own experiences.
There are many times when AI just can't capture the nuance I want to convey, so I edit it in detail myself

• Can organize who you want to reach and what you want to convey
• Can have the article structure and conversational tone refined
• Can get suggestions for specific examples and flow that readers will empathize with
• The writer's mind becomes clear, and the article is completed smoothly

6️⃣ Other uses ✨
AI is not just for creating articles; it is also very active in these situations
• Organizing and structuring layouts for course LPs and materials
• Brainstorming ideas for note article thumbnails
• Selecting and organizing hashtags
• Creating post drafts and checking text for Instagram and X
By consulting with AI and having it organize these tasks, you can proceed with your work while efficiently increasing quality.
It's also smooth to work with AI to coordinate thumbnails and post text to match the worldview and atmosphere of the writing💫

AI is a very convenient tool.
In my case, I use AI for everything from design and SNS posts to creating materials, creating content efficiently.
