Playing Around

I dislike the terms "playing around with women" and "playing around with men."

I think, don't play around.
I hold the rigid belief that one should engage in serious relationships.

However, there is another side to this feeling.

I envy people who can live like that.

First of all, "playing around" requires ability and effort.
Naturally, you cannot play around if you are not popular.
This is a self-evident truth.

And I also think "playing around" requires mental strength.
I am weak-hearted, so I cannot "play around."

For someone like me to "play around" is out of the question...
It would be unfair to the other person...

That is what I end up thinking.

It is only those who have cleared these hurdles, the strong, who are permitted to "play around with women" or "play around with men."

Perhaps my complaint is just the howling of a loser.
