Iroha Intermediate 🐣 -Warm-up-
For those who have gotten a little used to sending emails to the Prime Minister's Office and have started thinking, "Where else should I send them?"
Thank you for coming to take a look 🦭✨
Today is the "Warm-up before entering the intermediate level".
While getting a gentle grasp of the big picture, we will organize together what you "can and cannot do" with exercise emails.
🦭 Warm-up exercises are important, right? Even seals move around and warm up before entering the sea.
Of course, it's okay if you're thinking, "I can't send that many yet!"
Just the Prime Minister's Office is enough.
Don't push yourself, don't push yourself.
⸻
🦭 Which one should we read first?

A. The 3 Phases of Exercise EmailsExercise emails are broadly divided into three phases. That said, these aren't strict categories, so it's fine to just think of it as "I'm sending them to various places."⸻Phase 1: Probing the Center"Instructions to the heart of the country!"Main recipients: Prime Minister's Office, various ministries and agencies, political partiesPurpose: To leave our intentions as an "official log" right in the center of the country.Sometimes, ministries reply saying, "This matter is under the jurisdiction of the XX Ministry."That in itself has the effect of making the government clarify where the responsibility lies.Recently, there has been an increase in movements where they carefully answer our questions or consider our proposals.⸻Phase 2: System Operation Stage"Pointing out bugs & giving improvement instructions together as citizens!"Main recipient: Public Comment (e-gov)Purpose: To find and correct the gap between the "field operations" of the system and the "ideals" of the Constitution, and to synchronize the structure of the entire country from top to bottom.Public comment is a place where you can point out those gapsand convey, "Please improve this from the citizen's perspective as well."🦭...⸻Phase 3: Implementation at the Field Level"Reflecting it in field apps! Making it usable in the region"Recipients: Prefectural offices and other local governments, public institutionsThe purpose is to ensure that when the system's OS is updated at the national level, the local "apps" don't stop while still being old.Even if the center moves, reality won't change if the field remains old. That is precisely why sending to local areas is very important.🦭……Ugh⸻In other words—By sending exercise emails to all accessible windows to the country, both from the top of the nation and from the bottom of the local areas,we show "instructions" and "we are watching."For those who felt "ugh" along the way, it's okay.As I wrote at the beginning, it's fine to just have the awareness of "sending to various places and watching over it together."🦭 I was about to break my heart. Pushing yourself is a no-no. That's a promise with the seal.⸻
B. Nice to meet you, I'm an Exercise Email
Last time I introduced "what to do,"
but this time is a self-introduction edition of "what you can/cannot do."
🦭 It's a self-introduction! Nice to meet you, I'm a Todo-zarashi (Seal). Seals like fish, squid, and octopus. What I hate are orcas and sharks.
⸻
✉️ Once again, nice to meet you, I'm an Exercise Email
Name: Popular Sovereignty Exercise Email
Special skill: Pointing out system distortions / responsibility structures / mechanisms
Likes: The Constitution (especially the Preamble, Article 1, Article 97, Article 98)
Bad at: Diplomacy / Confidentiality / Individual practical orders / Slander
Future dream: Returning sovereignty to the people
Something that made me happy recently:
My name appearing on TV and the internet
I am a reliable existence that holds up the Constitution and charges at the country saying, "This part is strange!"
However, the scope of application is "domestic systems only." I cannot be used for diplomacy, confidentiality, or personal attacks.
Recently, more media outlets have been reporting on the existence of exercise emails.
To everyone who has sent them, and to everyone in the administration who is responding, thank you very much.
⸻
Here, I have one request for those who send them.
Everyone, haven't you seen a sentence like this when traveling abroad?
<When traveling, you are seen as a "representative of Japan." Act with respect and have a safe and fun trip.>
This is also common to exercise emails.
No matter how much the content is for the people and in line with the Constitution, if the way the exercise email is written, or the attitude and language used on social media are rough, it will look like a group with a bad impression from the outside.
And once a label is attached, it really won't come off.
So, please remember just a little bit before sending.
• "If I were the 'representative' of exercise emails, would this text be okay?"
• "What kind of person sending this would make me want to send one too?"
It doesn't have to be perfect.
I just hope you don't forget "grace" and "respect."
🦭 As a representative of the Todo-zarashi, I will also try to be careful about my behavior in the sea.
⸻
It's okay to start with any of them. It's okay not to do everything.Exercise emails are an extension of everyone's daily life.It starts with one person's voice, butif we all move together, it becomes a "wave."Dolphins, whales, horse mackerel, and seals, why don't we all ride the wave and create a bright Japan?🦭 Seagulls are also very welcome!⸻
Thank you for reading!
Next time is "Iroha Intermediate 🐣 -Ministries Edition-".
I will introduce the sending methods for each ministry and political party in Phase 1 in order.
If you'd like, come take a look again 🦭
