Please read this gently on days when you have tried too hard.
Take just one deep breath.

There are days when you feel like you are being swallowed by busyness.
Before you know it, the days pass by in the blink of an eye.
Things to do, things to protect, things you have to respond to.
Life is much heavier than you think, and
sometimes, it feels like you are being swept away.
"I have to do things properly."
"I have to try even harder."
Such words, before you know it,
have taken up residence in the center of your heart.
But you know,
"You have already tried enough."
In truth, you have for a long time.
When you are chased by busyness,
your heart gets left behind before you realize it.
You lose the room to feel your emotions,
and the courage to stop,
until just moving forward, and forward,
seems like what living is all about.
But, if right now,
you feel somewhat weary,
your breathing is shallow,
your fatigue won't go away,
or your feelings feel stagnant,
if you notice yourself like that,
that is a signal saying, "It's okay to stop."
Stopping is not running away.
Resting is not being lazy.
Having days when you want to cry is not because you are weak.
Your heart is properly sending you a sign.
Saying, "Wait just a little."
Take one deep breath.
Please try closing your eyes.
Within that moment of silence,
your heart is truly there.
It hasn't disappeared.
It hasn't been left behind either.
It was just a little tired.
Please, be kind to yourself.
Please cherish yourself.
More than you think,
you are doing well.
And today, if you can—
instead of words that blame yourself,
please choose just one "word to warm yourself."
With just that, your heart will gently come back to life.
It's okay to go slowly.
There is no need to rush.
"At your own pace, it is okay."
I will come again. 🫧
May your heart gently untangle.
