After quitting 22 times, I finally created a place where I don't have to quit.

I have quit my job 22 times.

I have used this opening line

many times before.

But today,

there is more to the story.

I started a company.

July 19, 2026.

Tensha-nichi.

A day when heaven forgives all sins.

A day of absolution.

On this day,

Nanairo Waon LLC

was born.

My 23rd workplace was

not a matter of 'joining' somewhere, but

a choice to 'create' it myself.

That was my decision.

To be honest, starting a company itself

was

much easier

than I had imagined.

Gathering the documents,

Submit it to the Legal Affairs Bureau.

That was all it took.

What was difficult was

the 22 years before that.

I want you to remember.

I have quit 22 times,

realizing that 'this is not my place,'

and walked away.

I was told I ran away.

I was told I lacked grit.

There was a time when I,

myself, thought so too.

But I was wrong.

Those 22 times of 'this isn't it'

'then where is it?'

was a question that was

posed to me 22 times.

The answer to that question

was 'if it doesn't exist anywhere, I should just make it.'

That was it.

The company's name is

Nanairo Waon.

It is the same pen name

I have used on note.

The me who writes,

the me who lives,

and the me who works

have finally become one.

There are two directors.

Me and my wife.

The capital

was created with money I borrowed from my wife.

We properly exchanged a promissory note,

and I will pay it back every month.

Precisely because we are family.

My first creditor

is the person who has watched me from the closest distance.

The person who watched me quit 22 times

has now, for the 23rd time,

They lent me money.

In the articles of incorporation,

I wrote down 27 business objectives.

Real estate.

Consulting.

Media operations.

Up to that point, it's normal.

But beyond that,

Rice farming.

Animal shelter.

Sauna.

Creating a space for a market.

one more was added recently.

Because I own

a dream suddenly came to mind.

I have a feeling they will keep increasing.

“things I want to do someday,”

I carved them into an official document called the Articles of Incorporation.
