It is not read as 'aitaina'. It is read as 'aitaisai'.

Aitaisai is a combination of 'a' row sounds and the sound 'i'. When you have 'a', 'sa', and 'ta', something is missing. It is 'ka', and 'na' is also on my mind. In other words, there is a word hidden as a subliminal effect.
That word is 'kainaisai'.

The only thing that can counter this is a single phrase: 'mairainai'.
