When I toured the 7 prefectures of Kanto with ChatGPT, I encountered a 'Kanto I didn't know'.

'Can you talk about Kanto outside of Tokyo?'
When asked that, I couldn't answer honestly.

What's in Saitama?
Between Tochigi and Gunma, which one has the hot springs?
Is Ibaraki just the ocean?

Places I'd been to, but
only 'passed through'.

So, together with ChatGPT, I started a note to conquer the 7 prefectures of Kanto through 'imaginary travel'.

The lands I 'thought I knew' started to look completely different.

Tokyo | Asking AI to teach me about 'places other than tourist spots'

When I asked ChatGPT about Tokyo, it said
Asakusa, Skytree, Shibuya... yeah, yeah, I know those.

But what came next was interesting.

• Early morning at Tsukiji Outer Market

• Bunkyo Ward's 'Hatoyama Hall' and 'Higo Hosokawa Garden'

AI also suggested a trip to experience 'the feeling of life in Tokyo'.

That felt strangely right.

Kanagawa | A hot spring paradise that isn't just Yokohama and Kamakura

When you think of Kanagawa, you think of Yokohama, Chinatown, and Kamakura.

But ChatGPT said this.

It tends to be overshadowed by Atami, but it is actually a quiet spot with great water quality, perfect for writing a note.

Furthermore:

• Seafood bowls in Manazuru

• Exploring the back alleys of Enoshima

• Touring old residence cafes in Oiso

Kanagawa = A place where city and nature blend perfectly.

What ChatGPT proposed was “a quiet Kanagawa.”

Chiba | The other side of Chiba, told without mentioning Disney

I asked ChatGPT about “Chiba, excluding Disney.”

• Cliffside views at Mt. Nokogiri

• Sunsets and beach cafes in Tateyama

• Inubosaki in Choshi, the sunrise from the easternmost point of Kanto

And even mystical spots like “Nomizo Falls” and “Kameiwa Cave.”

There are places outside the tourist spots where you can clear your mind, ChatGPT taught me that.

Saitama | A treasure trove of note-worthy content that breaks the “plain” image

Honestly, I used to wonder what there was to do in Saitama.

But what the AI taught me was,

• walking through the Little Edo streets of Kawagoe

• the moss phlox and Mitsumine Shrine in Chichibu

• the 'mysterious evolution' of Tobu Zoo

And even 'Japanese sweets cafe hopping' and a 'Railway Museum note'.

Saitama was a treasure trove of 'extraordinary experiences just a short trip away'.

Ibaraki | The #1 most overlooked, actually the strongest potential theory

A regular at the bottom of the attractiveness ranking.

But ChatGPT's answers were sharp.

• eating my way through the Oarai seafood market

• the nemophila carpet at Hitachi Seaside Park

• a power spot note on Mount Tsukuba

An article on note about 'Why I like the least attractive prefecture' would probably go viral.

Ibaraki was aprefecture that shines through reverse thinking.

Tochigi | Hot springs x World Heritage = A surefire note travel topic prefecture

What ChatGPT brought up immediately was:

• Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Kegon Falls

• Kinugawa Onsen and the Yunishigawa Kamakura Festival

• strawberry picking and Oya History Museum (art of the underground space)

With all this, it's within 2 hours from Tokyo.

The conclusion is that Tochigi is a 'prefecture where it's easy to balance note-writing and travel'.

It's easy to write about a trip where a tired working adult refreshes over 1 night and 2 days.

Gunma | A place that makes you want to convey the 'power of hot springs' in a note

Speaking of Gunma, it's Kusatsu Onsen.
ChatGPT brought that up first, too.

But it immediately said this.

Everywhere has different water quality and different scenery.
And it even introduced 'Konjac Park' and 'Dam Curry'.

A travel note healed by the 'power of hot springs'If you're writing one, Gunma is perfect.

It was a prefecture that made me want to write my feelings honestly.
