Actually, doing this on LINE will prevent sales
Hello.
I am Masami Kawanishi, an expert in increasing revenue pillars for salons.
Today's theme is,
"Doing this on LINE will prevent sales".
It's something you might accidentally do on your official LINE account, but...
"Alright! Time to solve the customer's problem!"
Are you sending LINE messages under the assumption that "they must be worried about this,"
even though they might not be?
Actually, this doesn't really lead to sales.
The reason is...
In the first place, the customer isn't worried, or rather,
strictly speaking, even if they are worried,
they are almost never aware of the true underlying issue.
If they were aware, they would have solved it themselves long ago or signed up for something to fix it.
But the reason they haven't been able to solve that problem for a long time is because they misunderstand the true issue or solution,
have given up,
or haven't fully realized the problem.
In business, this state is often called
"(the customer's) problem has not become apparent."
If you approach someone in that state with a proposal like,
"You're worried about this, aren't you? Here is the solution! Let me teach you!"
they won't pay attention to you.
For example, if you are someone planning a seminar for marketing or business consulting,
"Doing it your own way leads to accidents, so let's graduate from doing it your own way!
Because people who don't invest in themselves cannot succeed.
If you want to succeed, invest in marketing education right now!"
Something like that.
This is a classic example of something that really doesn't sell
and doesn't get a response.
People don't really like being told what to do
or having things forced upon them,
so if you proceed unilaterally under the assumption that they are worried when the problem isn't apparent,
or if you suddenly start teaching them a solution,
the likelihood of them feeling uncomfortable increases.
Of course, I also feel the necessity of self-investment.
It is necessary for success, isn't it?
But no one likes being told point-blank that "unless you spend money on learning, you won't succeed."
The more logical it is, the less people want to hear it,
and it's hard to swallow.
Moreover, because you don't understand,
I'm teaching you like this,
do you realize how bad your situation is?
Customers really don't want to be told
things in that tone of voice.
But if they don't understand
the importance of self-investment,
they won't sign up for
your courses or services.
That's why those recruiting
tend to think they are educating people
by saying, "You won't succeed unless you invest in yourself."
So, what should you do instead? The solution to this is called "negative elimination," which addresses the feeling of
knowing you need to invest in learning but
being too scared to click the sign-up button...
Or thinking,
what if I invest in myself but
can't keep it up?
Only by sending messages that subtly
eliminate the negative emotions
that people hold behind their desire to sign up
will they feel like paying for
self-investment and learning, leading to sign-ups.
To get a flood of sign-ups,
it is extremely important to
subtly eliminate negatives
during the "warm-up period before recruitment."
If there isn't enough negative elimination during the warm-up period,
no amount of good advice will be heard...
If you go further,
you tend to get blocked every time you send a message.
(Since you are continuing to give painful advice
even though the customer's negatives haven't been eliminated,
it's only natural, isn't it?)
Successful people share the trait of
making this subtle negative elimination
natural and exquisite.
Their preparation for it is also thorough.
Conversely...
Why is it that even though you think you are sending LINE messages
that empathize with their worries, you don't get sales,
or you don't get a response?
It's because you are making assumptions
based on the premise that "they are worried,"
or you aren't doing enough negative elimination during the warm-up period,
and you end up unfolding your own theories,
unconsciously writing things that sound like preaching,
and then suddenly starting recruitment...
There is a high possibility that you are doing this.
(Many people do this without realizing it! But the downside is that you can't notice it yourself)
But don't worry, you'll be fine.
Anyone can improve at warming-up broadcasts, and
you will also be able to naturally eliminate negatives.
In fact,
・I wasn't doing any warming-up broadcasts!
・I had never thought about eliminating negatives!
・I had never thought about reverse-engineered scheduling!
・I was just sending LINE broadcasts based on intuition!
There are quite a few people who say things like this.
So, it is okay if you are not doing these things yet ^^
I also explain these topics, as well as how to create courses that sell and how to attract customers, in detail in my articles and newsletters.
