We have released version 1.2.2 of "Charlie's Bicycle Lesson," an action game app that helps you learn bicycle rules and hazard avoidance while playing. Let me introduce the update details!

Update Details

1. Added pedestrian and sidewalk slow-speed rules

We have added slow-speed rules for when riding near pedestrians and on sidewalks. *Appears from Stage 2 onwards
With this, we have implemented the three points we especially want you to learn when riding a bicycle: "ignoring traffic lights," "riding the wrong way," and "slowing down" in the game.
Why are these three points important? Because "ignoring traffic lights" and "riding the wrong way (especially against traffic on the road)" are acts that
protect your own life, while "slowing down (when riding near pedestrians)" is an act that protects the lives of pedestrians acts. We believe these three points should be learned as the basics for enjoying a lifelong relationship with bicycles.

2. Added wrong-way cycling

We have added bicycles that ride the wrong way on the sidewalk, which also appeared in the mini-game "Charlie's Zigzag Ride." *Appears from Stage 3 onwards
It is game over if you collide on the same lane.
We implemented it with a specification where you can avoid collisions by coming to a complete stop or walking the bike.

3. Added bonus stages

We have added a bonus stage that you can play once a day.
The fun of the game has expanded with the introduction of a fun bonus stage where you can ride freely and collect lots of coins.

4. Added Stage 4 where clearing without violations is the condition

We have added Stage 4, where you can only proceed to the next stage if you clear it without any violations.

5. Added bonuses for clearing mini-games

You can now receive bonus coins according to your level when clearing each stage from 1 to 3.

We plan to continue developing and adding features and mini-games with the theme of naturally learning bicycle rules, operations, and how to avoid dangers while riding.

Future update plans

Addition of the mini-game 'Charlie's Right-Left Rhythm'

We are currently developing a rhythm game aimed at helping players naturally acquire the habit of checking for safety to the left and right at intersections with poor visibility. It is scheduled to be implemented in the next update, v1.2.3.

A system to use accumulated coins

Currently, coins collected in the game just accumulate, but we plan to add a system in the future that allows you to use these coins within the game.
