This time,
it's a Tsukune with a super delicious fluffy texture.
The secret to the fluffiness is Hanpen!!
By mixing Hanpen into the ground meat,
it turns out fluffy without fail,
and even though it's light, it's packed with umami.
With the umami of the Hanpen and
the umami of the ground chicken,
it tastes just like eating seafood shumai♪
Adding mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce makes it taste even more like seafood shumai!
It's super delicious♪
It's a very healthy
and budget-friendly dish.
You just put the ingredients in a plastic bag and mix them,
but the sensation of mashing the Hanpen through the bag
is just irresistible.
At first, you might feel a little guilty.
But halfway through,
it starts to feel kind of good,
and you'll think, 'This is fun!'
And that's how the fluffy meat mixture is made.
The way of shaping them is also the Okuzono style.
Cut the bag open and spread it out,
and then shape them on top of it.
It's finished entirely on the plastic bag!!
There are absolutely no dishes to wash when making the meat mixture.
Isn't that great, too?
Without thinking about anything,
kneading it mindlessly,
thinking, 'Ah, this feels so good,'
opening the bag and shaping them,
thinking, 'This is fun, too,'
and no dishes to wash.
This is a dish that captures all the best parts of the joy of cooking.
Make it with joy,
and eat it with delight.
This is the greatest feast of all.
Please, by all means, give it a try.

<Variations of Fluffy Tsukune>
<Fluffy Meatballs>
I swapped the ground chicken in the fluffy tsukune for ground pork,
and finished it with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce.

<Fluffy Tsukune Teriyaki Bento>
I coated the fluffy tsukune with soy sauce and mirin to make it teriyaki style,
and served it with tender simmered green peppers and a rolled omelet.
