This garlic boiled pork
was originally
conceived because I wanted to find an easy way to make chashu for ramen.
When you say chashu,
it's made using a block of meat,
so it takes quite a bit of time and effort.
Above all,
mentally, you have to really commit to making it.
When I was thinking about how to make it more easily and casually,
I thought that boiled pork made from a block of meat
is a pain because you have to slice it when you eat it~~~
and so,
Ah! In that case, why not just make it with thinly sliced meat from the start?♪
and that's how
this garlic boiled pork was born.
So, you see,
this garlic boiled pork
is like, ho-ho-ho~
easy to make
and it's tender and super delicious♪
If you add all-purpose steamed bean sprouts and a boiled egg,
it's even more perfect.
It turns instant ramen into a feast.
Give it a try.
