A dish like sweet and sour pork made with thick tofu♪
By using thick tofu,
it becomes a rich and satisfying dish without needing to deep-fry.
However,
when making it with pork,
you coat it and deep-fry it in oil,
so the sweet and sour sauce clings well to the coating.
With thick tofu,
the sauce doesn't cling easily on its own,
so the key is to coat the surface of the thick tofu with potato starch.
The potato starch holds the sweet and sour sauce well,
and since it's already fried,
it has a deep flavor just by pan-frying.
It's truly the deliciousness of sweet and sour pork.
Please, definitely try making it.
