When you think of chives, you think of chive eggs!!
This is a chive egg dish made with all-purpose chive soy sauce.
You could mix the all-purpose chive soy sauce into the egg mixture and fry it all at once,
but that would turn the eggs brown,
so I recommend cooking the eggs first, and when they are soft-boiled, adding the all-purpose chive soy sauce and mixing it all together.
(I show you how to do this in the video, so please take a look if you'd like.)
Unlike regular chive eggs,
the chives themselves are seasoned,
so the chives are incredibly delicious.
Furthermore,
when you pour it in, the soy sauce burns slightly,
and that smokiness adds to the deliciousness.
This is a cut above regular chive eggs.
Please give it a try.
