If you have Okuzono Noodle Sauce,
you can easily make delicious, savory pickles.
For example, cucumber.
Just coat the pounded cucumber with Okuzono Noodle Sauce.
You can eat it right after marinating.
This is because
Okuzono Noodle Sauce is semi-solid, not liquid,
so it coats the vegetables thoroughly.
Unlike regular noodle sauce,
it doesn't just run off the surface,
it clings well,
so even if the flavor hasn't soaked all the way through,
when you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy a taste as if it were fully marinated.
You can eat these cucumber pickles
right after marinating.
As time passes, some water may come out,
so the flavor might get a little thin,
but in that case, just add more noodle sauce and you're good to go.
With homemade pickles, you can whip up a side dish in no time.
Things like this are just nice to have, aren't they?
