****************************************
Rub the soy sauce and potato starch into the pork from A.
Mix the ingredients for B together.
Heat the yakisoba noodles in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, and stir-fry the pork from step 1.
Once nicely browned, add the garlic and green onion, and stir-fry together.
Clear a space in the center, add the yakisoba noodles, pour in B, coat the noodles, and then mix everything together.
Drizzle with extra sesame oil for aroma if desired.
****************************************
・For the pork, please use whatever cut is easy to find, such as pork offcuts or thigh meat.
・Any cooking oil you have at home is fine.
・I used the type of yakisoba noodles sold in 3-pack units.
・You can freeze the yakisoba noodles before cooking. If using frozen noodles, you can make it the same way by heating them in the microwave for a bit longer.
・When making for 2 people, just double the quantities.

When you're feeling tired and worn out,
I recommend salt yakisoba!!!
When your body is exhausted,
a simple salty flavor is just perfect.
Even if you have no appetite, you can eat it easily, really.
And what's more!!
It's a foolproof combination of
pork, green onion, and garlic.
Because it's simple, it's easy and hassle-free.
If you eat it and enjoy it,
you'll definitely feel the energy welling up from within your body!!
Because the ingredients are so simple,
at first glance, you might wonder,
is this actually good?
But don't worry!!
Pork x Green Onion x Salt
This is the same combination as when you eat
meat with green onion salt at a barbecue!!
That's the one.
Furthermore!!
The important point is
to pour salt water directly onto the yakisoba noodles!!
That's the key.
This makes the noodles taste outstandingly good,
and brings out the deliciousness of the pork and green onions too!!
It's true.
Microwaving the yakisoba noodles beforehand is also an important point,
because this allows the noodles to loosen up immediately,
making it easier for the flavors to coat them.
Adding coarse black pepper when eating is also a great option,
which will really get you excited.
I've summarized the tips for making delicious yakisoba,
so please take a look if you'd like.

<Other variations for eating>
Squeeze some lemon juice on it when eating!!
This makes it super refreshing and is really good.

Put it in bread for a yakisoba sandwich!!
Mayonnaise also goes very well with bread.

Of course, it's also recommended for bento boxes.
A yakisoba bento is easy
because you don't need to add any other side dishes~
If you have cherry tomatoes or lemon for color...

Top it with tomatoes marinated in lemon juice.
