This is an application recipe for versatile steamed bean sprouts.
Simply put, since you just pour Chinese dressing over it,
you could totally use your favorite store-bought dressing,
and that would be perfectly fine.
But making it yourself is easy,
and you can make it to your preferred taste, so it's worth learning how to make it.
What makes it easy is that
all the ingredients in my dressing are in equal amounts,
so you can just add them without thinking about it.
And then,
you just toss it all into a jam jar or something,
shake it up to mix,
and it's already done.
And, and,
if you have any left over, just put the lid back on and keep it in the fridge,
and you can use it whenever you like.
For those who find that they can't quite finish
a bottle of store-bought dressing,
I really recommend this.
When you add mustard,
it tastes like Hiyashi Chuka (cold noodles),
so just putting it on bean sprouts makes you feel like you're eating Hiyashi Chuka.
Hehe, once you add this dressing,
you can easily polish off a whole bag of bean sprouts by yourself.
In that sense, it might even be good for dieting.
Versatile steamed bean sprouts and Chinese dressing,
please do try making them together.
