Bell pepper shirishiri is also delicious as a sandwich filling.
I'm making a hot sandwich, but
you know, you could put this in untoasted bread too, but
I thought a hot sandwich
would be a bit more exciting.
Even though I call it a hot sandwich, there's nothing difficult about it.
If you have a hot sandwich maker, you can put it in and grill it, but
if you don't, you can also just grill it in a frying pan after assembling it.
However, if you toast the bread first and then assemble it,
it's super easy!!
This works too♪
For bell pepper shirishiri,
if the eggs are cooked nicely and softly,
it will hold together well,
but if they turn into crumbly scrambled eggs,
the filling will fall apart and be hard to eat,
so in that case, it's good to mix in some pizza cheese.
The cheese will hold it together firmly!!
Ketchup goes well with it too.
I think this kind of lunch is really great.
