<Ingredients> (Serves 2)

Salt: 1/4 tsp
Garlic: 1 clove
Ginger: 1 clove
B) Onion (minced): 1/2
Ketchup: 2 tbsp

Put A in a frying pan and cook while stirring.
Once it becomes crumbly, add the onion from B and sauté, then add the ketchup and sauté, then add the tomato and soybeans and stir-fry together, cover, and steam-cook. (About 3 minutes)
Mix everything together roughly, then stir in the curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Wrap the potatoes whole in plastic wrap, microwave for 2 minutes per 100g, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a heat-resistant container, layer the potatoes, cheese, bean curry, and cheese in that order, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave until the cheese melts.

The good thing about Okuzono-style bean curry is that it has no moisture,
so it's easy to adapt into other dishes.
For example, putting it on bread and adding cheese for cheese toast
is also an option.
This time, I put it on top of microwaved potatoes to make it gratin-style.
This is also easy and filling, which is great.
After adding the cheese,
you can bake it in a toaster oven or fish grill,
but finishing it in the microwave is also fine.
It melts the cheese in a short time,
and while you don't get that toasted aroma,
it actually makes it even creamier.
Since the potatoes are also microwaved,
it's super easy and there are fewer dishes to wash!!
It's good for breakfast,
and I think it's also good when you're on a diet.
Yeah, it's the best!!!
