<Ingredients> (for 2 servings)
Pork loin (thinly sliced) 150g
A) Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
All-purpose salted cabbage (shio-momi) as needed
Rice as needed
Pickled ginger (beni shoga) as needed
Green onions as needed
Put A into a lidded storage container and mix.
Boil water in a pot, shabu-shabu (blanch) the pork, and immediately add it to 1.
Once everything is boiled, cover with a lid and let it sit for a little while.
Place the all-purpose salted cabbage on the rice, and top with the garlic boiled pork and pickled ginger.

・You can use any cut of pork, such as thigh, belly, or thin slices.
・If you prefer a saltier taste, you can halve the amount of mirin.
・Garlic boiled pork can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Putting garlic boiled pork in ramen is good, but
putting it on rice as a bowl is also great!!
If you have made the salted cabbage,
it's also good to lay it underneath.
Not only does it improve the nutritional balance,
but the garlic boiled pork and the crunchy cabbage go really well together♪
Adding a little bit of mayonnaise isn't bad either.
Just put it on rice and it's delicious right away.
Since both the garlic boiled pork and the all-purpose salted cabbage
can be made in advance,
I think having this kind of recipe repertoire
is super handy
when you're busy.
