[Taking on the 'Suki' Video Challenge] My experience participating in Naoyuki-san's 'Suki' Video Contest 🌙

Today, I'm going to talk about my decision to participate in the "2nd Suki Video Contest: Summer Campaign" hosted by Naoyuki-san (*´艸`)
The theme is "Summer!" What a broad theme that is (*>▽<*)

The reason I decided to join was because Naoyuki-san reached out and asked, "Would you like to participate?"
Honestly, I struggled with the decision ( ; ˘-ω-)
The quality of the videos from the other participants is so amazing that I wondered if it was okay for a beginner like me to enter (´-ω-｀)💦
But I thought it would be a great way to promote PolloAI, which I'm always grateful for, so I decided to give it a try (ﾉ∀｀笑)

For those who might be wondering, "What is a 'Suki' video anyway?"
I'll explain briefly: it's a 5-second reaction video that plays when someone clicks the "Suki" (Like) button on a note article, serving as a hospitable way to say "thank you" to the reader (๑╹ω╹๑ )

Here is my entry for the contest ⬇️

On a summer night, when Shio-chan looks up at the night sky by the river, the light of fireflies gathers from the grass to form the words "Thank you for the Suki" ( ᎔˘꒳˘᎔)
I designed it so the letters turn back into specks of light and return to the night sky. I intentionally didn't show the insects themselves, making the light the star of the show, so I think it turned out to be something everyone can enjoy (ꉂ(ˊᗜˋ*)

To make it, I just selected "Image to Video" in Pollo AI's Creative Studio.
Since I received 300 credits this time, I chose Seedance 2.0, which is great at rendering light, to stay within that range!
Pollo AI lets you choose models freely, so it's really helpful to be able to pick based on your credits and vision—like Pixverse if you want to prioritize cost-performance, or Seedance if you want to take your time and focus on quality (≧∀≦)

Actually, I made one more (*´艸`)

I tried making the words "Thank you for the Suki" out of the carbonated bubbles of ramune soda!
It's not my official entry, just a bonus, but I like it too, so I'd be happy if you took a look at it as well (๑╹ω╹๑ )💕

To be honest, for the firefly version, I initially storyboarded about 10 cuts, but there was just too much information to fit into 5 seconds (ﾉ∀｀笑)
Light gathers, it becomes text, Shio-chan is moved!
I decided to be bold and narrow it down to these three flows.
It was sad to cut those scenes, but I think the result is a simple and easy-to-understand video (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡

I'm always so grateful to PolloAI; the fact that they can expand the range of expression even with few credits really lowers the barrier to creation (´∀｀)
You just upload an image and select Text/Image to Video, so I think it's very easy for beginners to try making videos too ⸜(*˙꒳˙*)⸝

I'll summarize some tips for those who want to participate (ɵ'ω'ɵ)

The entry period is from Wednesday, July 22nd to Wednesday, August 19th!
They will select 10 winners for the Jury Prize, and each winner will receive 3,000 yen and 500 Pollo AI credits! ( ᎔˘꒳˘᎔)
