Kindle Book Debut! "Ichi-kun's Beard is a Rainbow Beard"
Today, April 1, 2024, I, mymymama, have made my Kindle book and e-book debut! ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ
At the same time, I've (slyly) released a paperback version too.
The title is...
"Ichi-kun's Beard is a Rainbow Beard"
!
This book is a collection of relatable, chuckle-worthy essays for anyone who finds themselves watching active kindergarten-aged boys, designed to help you "watch their mysterious behavior with 50% more amusement."
As a note-taking enthusiast who experienced raising a son and a daughter as an older parent, I have carefully selected 25 topics from the essays I wrote based on my vast parenting records—topics that I especially bonded over with other kindergarten moms, saying, "That happens at our house too!"
Entrance ceremonies, class observation days, PTA meetings to decide roles, sports days, recitals, and unexpected tasting events. There are surprisingly many kindergarten events, and when you're with moms you've only just met, during those moments of silence, or when you can't quite handle the awkward atmosphere, I hope you can use this as a conversation starter when you're wondering, "What should I talk about?"

That was all I told TOMO at first...
I know I'm the one who said it, but honestly, my vocabulary was like, "Uh? Will that get across?" It could have been the end of my writing career ( ﾟДﾟ)
Despite that order, the result was beyond my imagination! I really love how cute and mischievous my son Ichi looks, and that I look a bit younger (← happy about that).

Also, the person who served as the editor for this book is a fellow noter, Henichi-san.
Without a map for book creation, I was able to compile this into a book without getting lost, and that is undoubtedly thanks to Henichi-san. His ideas, which go beyond my imagination, and his skills as a former editor are a must-see. He even designed the bottom part of the cover, the so-called obi.
Henichi-san, my essays, which I just wrote and left as is because I'm bad at organizing, have actually become a b-book! ヾ(≧▽≦)ﾉ Thank you so much!
