[Experience of a woman in her 50s] When you make up your mind, life begins to move | The reason for getting married in 4 months

When you make up your mind, your life changes.

When you hear that,
“working recklessly hard”
“never giving up no matter what happens”
you might have that kind of image.

But that is often not determination,
but just attachment.

True determination is
deciding that you will never go back to your old self.

And that is
very simple,
but it can also be very scary.

Therefore,
making up your mind means
doing the things you have been afraid of and avoiding.

Deciding that it is okay if those around you do not understand, accepting the possibility of being disliked, stepping into the fear of letting go of your current stability

.

And above all,
not running away from the
“fear” that comes at that time,
but properly experiencing it.

Many people say they want to change their reality, but
because they do not want to feel this “fear,”
they end up looking for a way to make things work somehow.

However, if you try to change without going through the
fear (pain) you have hidden inside,
you will eventually return to the same reality.

Therefore, the moment you make up your mind,
reality will shake once,

People who oppose you will appear,
people will leave,
you will become unbearably anxious,

But,
unless you properly integrate
the feelings and pain you do not want to feel
that are inside you, there is no new life.

And in fact,
I have seen many students and clients
who have properly gone through that “fear”
and obtained the reality they wanted.


Among them, the one I will introduce today is
someone who took my session

Ms. R, a woman in her 50s.

Her love life had never gone well,
and while facing the sense of worthlessness within herself,

“But there is nothing I can do”
“Then I don’t know what to do”

Client Ms. R, who was in the midst of such conflict.

Even so, the moment Ms. R
made up her mind that she “wanted to change,”

she faced and processed the “pain”
she had hidden within herself, accepted that fear, and began to take action,

Then reality began to move,
the day after the session, I decided to start marriage hunting,
and from there, the flow changed all at once.

And as a result,
from a state of having no partner,
I got married in just 4 months.

This is not because R-san
is a special person.

It is just one thing,
that she did not avoid the 'fear'.

She properly acknowledged and felt the 'pain'
that she had hidden inside herself,
and then she took action.

Determination is
not magic that changes your life all at once,

but,
for those who decide to accept the fear and move forward,
reality definitely begins to move.

In my life so far,
there were words that were repeatedly whispered
in my heart.
'It didn't work out after all'
'It wasn't me' 'But there's nothing I can do...'

There were countless moments like that.

At the same time,
I also had the feeling of being pulled by 'something'
unknown inside myself.

While I thought that life is something you carve out yourself,
I also had the feeling that I was being moved by something other than me.

I saw Kyoko-san's note,
and wanting to know the true nature of that, I applied for a session.

In the session, as if checking the answers to my life so far,
everything made sense, with me thinking 'I see' and 'So that's why'.

What was inside me
was a pattern of partnership to experience a sense of worthlessness.

Until now, I have worked in a job involving people's lives,
and I have also devoted myself to my family.

I was aware that I was putting myself last,
but I lived while thinking 'it can't be helped'.

But, in truth, it was painful.

"If I don't change now, the same scenario will continue."
Those words flipped a switch in me,
and I decided to start marriage hunting right after the session.

The next day, I had a consultation for marriage hunting and joined immediately.
I made sure not to focus on what was "missing" in my search,
and I made sure not to compromise.

As a result,
I started dating someone a month later,
and I was able to register my marriage four months later.

When I was told "congratulations"
while wearing my wedding dress and white kimono, I never expected it to touch my heart so deeply.

And I also said "congratulations" to myself.

What I think about now is
the importance of truly feeling what is inside me,
and accepting myself.
