Awareness circulates. A gift from comments.
Hello. I am One Heart, a piano instructor and mental coach.
Thank you for always reading.
I am encouraged every day by your many likes and follows.
I also sincerely thank those who read my paid content.
I would be very happy if sharing my own experiences and realizations could serve as a catalyst to make someone's daily life a little softer.

Today, in the midst of such days, I would like to write about a deep“realization”that I felt myself through comments, as a small challenge😊
In truth, I am filled with the desire to introduce everyone's comments.
However, while I receive many warm words, it is difficult to post them all here, and if I tried to write everything, the article would probably become incredibly long... haha.
I have written down what I felt through the comments, andthe realization born from them, in my own words for now🌸

~Changes that occurred in the 10 years since I stopped watching the news~

I read this article by One Heart, and I felt so relieved—it really touched my heart. Thank you.
It hurts my heart to read articles online that make me anxious; is it okay to think of online news in the same way?
I would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you so much😊
It is true that online news sometimes contains information that stirs up anxiety.
In an era where anyone can post, I think it is important to be conscious of choosing "what kind of information to take in."
I personally try to avoid articles that emphasize only the negative aspects, but even so, there are times when I happen to see them and my heart feels unsettled.
However, at times like that...when you become able to notice "I am reacting right now", in that moment, you can regain "control of your heart."
Being shaken is not a bad thing; it is precisely when you are shaken that the "power to return to your own axis" grows.
I believe that repeating this process cultivates the resilience of the heart🌿

The stillness created by the "quality of self-talk"

This article really resonated with me.
Through this article, I was reminded of the importance of a sensation I used to experience in martial arts, similar to what is called "the unity of spirit, sword, and body"—where words, thoughts, and the body are all consistently aligned.
I deeply resonate with the idea of "aligning body, speech, and mind," and the strength that such consistency creates.
Thank you 😊
Inspired by Mukkun's comment,
I took another look at the sensation of "being aligned."
The sensation similar to "the unity of spirit, sword, and body" in martial arts—
it felt exactly like it connects to the unity of "body, speech, and mind" as taught by Kukai.
"Aligning" is not about making things perfectly uniform, but rather
gently letting go of what you were holding onto tightly.
When you release the tension, your breath flows,
and your words and movements become gentle.
In that "moment of release,"
a quiet flow may begin to pass between your mind, words, and body.
The "Three Mysteries (body, speech, and mind)" taught in Kukai's Esoteric Buddhism are the three pathways through which we resonate with the world.
When there is no misalignment there, the inside and outside begin to flow as "one"...
I believe that is the "power of naturalness" similar to the "unity of spirit, sword, and body" in martial arts.

Even the time that looks like a standstill is growth.

One Heart-san, I really resonated with the content of your article!
I am just a specialist in watching from the sidelines, but observing my son's basketball, I always think: The time you enjoy is the time you grow!
The opposite might also be true, though.
Enjoying things is important, isn't it?✨
Thank you very much😊
"The time you enjoy is the time you grow!"
I thought this phrase was truly the essence of it.
Whether it's piano, basketball, or work.
When people truly grow, it's when their "passion" is moving them, rather than effort. It really is.
It's when you are moved by "I want to do this" rather than "I have to do this."
When you are absorbed in something, you don't even have the sensation of working hard.
But within that, concentration and creativity grow naturally.
On the other hand, when things aren't going as planned, we tend to push ourselves by thinking "I have to do more," but actually, that is exactly when it might be important to stop for a moment andremember the "fire of passion."It might be important.
"I like it," "It's fun," "I want to try it"...
I believe the source of the power to grow lies within those small feelings.

To everyone who leaves comments, as well as those who
add my articles to their magazines,
or use images from my photo gallery...
I am truly grateful to all of you for engaging in so many different ways.
Each and every word serves as an important realization or source of encouragement for me.
Thank you so very much.
Every action, from comments and magazines to the photo gallery,
teaches me about the warmth of what we call "connection."
And the fact that there are people who“receive” somethingfrom what I share... that makes me happier than anything, and it is the source of my strength to write.
Moving forward, I hope to continue sharing realizations with you all, nurturing a space that grows quietly, deeply, and gently.😊
When was a moment you felt “happy” recently?
✧✧✧
The comments I introduced are just a small fraction.
I am happy whenever you share what you feel, in any form.
Each and every word quietly warms this place.♡
Thank you, always...😊
🙏 Special Thanks
I would like to introduce the notes of the people whose comments I quoted in this article here.
Awareness circulates through words, creating new light...
Feeling that cycle, please feel free to take a look at each of these articles.

♡---Notice about the Connection Magazine
Thankfully, the number of readers who introduce my articles
in their own articles has been increasing.
I wanted to gather those connections in one place,
『From a Single Connection. by One Heart』 so I created a magazine called this ♡
I am truly happy that the things felt through articles and the words that resonated
are circulating again in different forms like this.
Please have a day filled with love today as well.
