On days you can't do your best, let's make them "days to feel."
🌙 Are you tired in body or in mind?
There are days when everything feels exhausting, aren't there?
You rest, but the fatigue doesn't go away.
You can't find the motivation...
At times like that, we tend to think, "Is my body tired?" but in reality, it might be that your mind is the one that's tired.
💭 Feeling "depressed" is a sign that your heart is trying to protect you
"I feel down," "I don't want to do anything"...
Don't you find yourself telling yourself, "I have to pull myself together"?
But that is not laziness, nor is it weakness.
Your heart is just trying to protect you,
telling you, "Let's stop for a moment."
Physical fatigue can be healed with sleep and rest.
But emotional fatigue can only be recovered through self-compassion.
Rather than "pushing yourself to keep going," honestly feeling "I don't want to do anything today"
is much more natural and healthy.
☕ It's okay to have days where you don't have to try your best
The reason you have "days where you can't find motivation" is because your heart is in "recharging mode."
When your body won't move, let your thoughts rest for a while, too.
It's okay to just close your phone, smell your favorite scent, and feel a little warmth.
Such casual moments will gradually bring you back to the "now."
🕊 Rest for your body, silence for your thoughts, and a gentle ear for your heart.
When your body is tired, make sure to rest.
When your thoughts are full, create some silence.
And when your heart is tired...
Gently listen to yourself by asking, "What's wrong?"

Rather than trying hard, try feeling.
Rather than adding something, try letting go.
That is how you take care of yourself today.
Please spend some time today being gentle with yourself as well.
