Make brushing your teeth part of your bath time!
I brush my teeth in the bathroom!
It might be an expression that makes some people cringe, but I never miss this routine every night.
For example, I brush mindlessly while waiting for the shower to get warm, or while showering after washing my body, sometimes even doing squats at the same time. ← It adds a sense of urgency that helps me focus more on brushing, even if it feels a bit ridiculous. Haha.
Perhaps thanks to this strange habit, or maybe my parents' upbringing—it's hard to say which has had a stronger effect—I have almost never had to deal with a dentist in my life, and I am grateful to be able to maintain teeth that dentists praise whenever I go for a checkup.
I like brushing without stress the most.
I never felt settled standing in front of the sink, staring at my own face while brushing, so once I realized that closing my eyes in the bathroom while showering and feeling each individual tooth as I brushed suited me better, it became a habit.
I am particular about my toothbrush; I'm not satisfied with ones that have few bristles, so I use a toothbrush with a huge head. Haha.
The reason is simply that it covers a wider area and is easier to brush with less force.

As for how I brush, I try to use both hands alternately and hold the end of the toothbrush so I don't apply too much pressure.
I use them for about three months, and after that, they become tools for cleaning the bathroom, keeping not just my teeth but the bathroom I use every day clean as well.
It plays a dual role as an investment in my teeth, so personally, the cost-performance is excellent! (Any toothbrush can do this, but I prefer these for their durability and coverage.)
And so, with that kind of approach,
I feel that by brushing for the sake of my teeth while simultaneously improving my environment, it might also lead to a certain kind of dental health.
Conversely, there is a non-zero chance I might need a dentist in the future, so while I do have some fear, I want to continue enjoying brushing my teeth!
