Geminiでフィギュア化、楽しいけれどロゴマークにご注意（2025年8月29日のAIイラスト）

Geminiのnano-bananaことGemini 2.5 flash image previewで、イラストをフィギュア化するのが楽しくて仕方ありません。

同じプロンプトでも素直にフィギュア化されるときもあれば、アニメ絵のまま出てくることもあって、アレコレとプロンプトをいじりながら生成を繰り返すのが、久しぶりにめちゃくちゃ楽しいです。

Geminiのすごさについては、もっと専門的にいろんな人が解説していると思うので、ここでは触れません。

ただ、この「フィギュア化」の際にパッケージの描画を指示すると、かなりの高確率で実在するメーカーやブランドのロゴマークが一緒に描かれてくることがあります。パッケージは指示しなくても出てくることがありますよね。

そしてこの点については、少し注意が必要です。

このような画像をSNSやWebサイト上に公開した場合、法的な問題が生じる可能性があります。

メーカーやブランドのロゴマークは、多くの場合、商標として登録されており、権利者の許可なく使用することは商標権の侵害にあたるおそれがあるようです。

さらに、暴力的・性的・風刺的といった意図しない文脈でブランドが使われたと判断されれば、ブランド毀損として削除要請や警告を受けることも考えられます。

たとえAIが自動で描いたものであっても、それを公開した人が責任を問われる場合があるので気を付けましょう。

ちなみに、わたしはすべて画像編集アプリで消したうえで、「TENNEN」に置き換えていますｗ

しかし、先日まで「Geminiスゴイ！nano-bananaスゴイ！」という声がほとんどでしたが、今日あたりからは「ココがダメ」「アレがダメ」という声がチラホラ出てくるようになりましたね。人間の慣れと欲求は凄まじい…。こういう声があるから更にアップデートされるので、良いことですけどね！
