“It’s here again”: The frenzy of AI tools and the story of quiet immunity
It’s here again.
“If you don’t know this, you’ll be left behind.”
“Everyone is already using it.”
Headlines like that are flowing through my timeline again today.
I have repeatedly ridden those waves, and here I am again.
I remember the nights I was obsessed with Clubhouse.
And the period when I kept creating accounts for AI image generation tools. Six months later, most of them are not tools I can use for myself.

This time, it was OpenClaw. Will it become a tool for me?
“AI will autonomously operate your computer.”
Reading articles, searching. I understood the structure, too. I naturally picked up the harsh voices on Reddit, and while doubting whether the person who wrote it had actually touched it, I turned it into an article myself.
After I finished writing, I realized.
Huh?
I hadn’t touched it either.
Based on the articles I researched, I wrote as if I knew it.
There was no malice. But the structure was the same.
I did the same research that the side raising doubts would do,
“felt like I knew it,” and finished the investigation.

The problem is not the tool.
マーケターが先に動き、経済紙が拾い、
「革命的」という言葉が一人歩きを始める。
体験なき言葉が、本物の体験より速く広まる。
And that wave swallows even me, who was being careful, in an instant.
This is the structure of modern communication channels.

Still, something remained.
“Ah, it’s here again.”
When an article about a new tool flows by next time, I hear that voice inside me. It’s not fatigue. It’s not resignation either.
Spending time over and over,
noticing the contradictions,
it is a quiet filter I finally obtained.
So now, I have decided to ask only one thing.
“Does it solve my current problem?”
YESなら調べる。NOなら無視する。That’s all.
Time is limited. Frenzy is contagious.
I realize that immunity can only be obtained through failure.
