From a 'Single Path' to a 'Web': Understanding LangChain and LangGraph in 1 Minute
AI terms you hear often lately: LangChain and LangGraph.
What is the difference? How have they evolved?
Without using technical jargon, I will explain them quickly using two animals as analogies.
Give the audio a listen! There's some good stuff not in the manga.

These are the only key points of the diagram!
Blue Bird 👈 The world of LangChain (Conveyor Belt)
Role: A capable craftsman
Features: As instructed, it connects data in a straight line like a single chain and flows it from upstream to downstream.
Philosophy: A lineage of 'single-path conveyor belts that process in order'.

Honeybee 👈 The world of LangGraph (Conference Room)
Role: Project leader
Features: Multiple AIs (honeybees) discuss within a complexly woven network (graph). If it fails, it's sent back; if it's okay, it moves to the next step.
Philosophy: A lineage of 'web-like conference rooms where you think by going back and forth'.
Summary:
From one-way coordination (chain) to multi-way coordination (team).
AI is now evolving into an era of
'autonomous teams'
that think and experiment on their own.
