Today, I will be writing on the theme of 'Improve Your Communication Skills with AI as Your Ally✨ Step Up with Practical Knowledge and Strategies!'.

Are you all utilizing 'ChatGPT' or other 'AI services'?
At first, I also wondered, 'Is AI really useful?'
But when I tried inputting just a little bit of what I knew, it created a solid piece of writing as if by magic! Moreover, it even added extra information, and I felt, 'With this, anyone can easily create text!'
I realized that AI is incredibly useful for improving communication skills.
AI provides wonderful supplementary information for parts where my own knowledge is lacking, making me feel like an expert.
It would be a waste not to use such a convenient tool, wouldn't it!

1. It's not just ChatGPT! Mastering multiple AIs

Actually, AI tools are not limited to just ChatGPT. As I tried various services, I noticed differences in their expressive power and the level of detail in their content.
Some AIs are strong in specific fields, while others excel at different expressive styles.
That is why I sometimes create text by combining several AIs instead of relying on just one. By doing so, I can create higher-quality text and incorporate various perspectives. Currently, I am using about seven ChatAIs regularly.

For example, I use a workflow where I generate basic text with ChatGPT or Claude and supplement it while verifying details with perplexity.
I also utilize AI services such as Google gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Google Untitled notebook when I have materials I want to reference.

By using multiple AI services appropriately, more efficient and effective work becomes possible. It's like working with a team of experts, each with their own areas of expertise.

2. The potential for improving communication skills using ChatGPT

ChatGPT supports various tasks such as writing, brainstorming, and gathering information.
For example, it can be used in a wide range of fields, including creating blog posts, drafting emails, and preparing project proposals.
Also, since ChatGPT supports various languages, it can be used to create content for international audiences.

3. Practical knowledge and strategies

To master ChatGPT, it is important to first provide specific instructions. For example, by giving specific prompts like 'Summarize this in 500 characters' or 'Tell me three benefits of this,' you can create higher-quality text. Also, when combining multiple AIs, it is important to understand the strengths of each and use them according to your purpose. For instance, Microsoft 365 Copilot has strengths in creating business documents.

The evolution of AI technology is about to significantly change how we work and live. By mastering AI tools like ChatGPT, we will be able to work more efficiently and creatively. Why not take on the challenge of opening up the future by becoming an influential communicator through the new communication skills enhanced by AI?
