What is a Stress-Free Sales Strategy? ~Designing Encounters~
I woke up at 6:00 this morning.
It's cool, so I feel like sleeping a bit longer, but
my imagination started running wild, so I got up lol
First thing this morning, I organized a client's sales strategy using a mind map.
I'm already putting what I learned yesterday to good use.
The first step in sales is designing the "encounter."
Who is your ideal customer?
The person you truly want to help.
The person who can truly become happy through your involvement.
Make a list of prospective customers.
People you have met
People you have not met
Even for people you haven't met, it's great if you can create a list using industry directories!
I'll think of every possible way to make contact.
Should I use email, social media, or send a letter by mail...
Since this is an approach that will truly make the other person happy, there's no need to hesitate.
I want to help you with all my might!
I get myself pumped up with that feeling.
The reason why the other party's expectations and your solution align.
Try to imagine the other party's current situation.
Common problems...
I wonder if they are worried about things like this.
That's not something special, but
a common story... (I wonder if they are worried thinking they are the only one...)
If I were to solve it with the solution I have,
this kind of flow... I'm sure I can be of help
I try to imagine that.
Finally,think logically,
it can't be that it won't be useful
I'm sure I can definitely be of help
I elevate it to that level.
Have an image of the customer becoming happy with your solution!
A flow where the other party can smoothly understand, empathize, and visualize.
That said, if you start with an explanation right away,
the other party will also feel nervous.
The best flow is one where the other party realizes it naturally,
and they come to you on their own.
If we push too hard from our side, it becomes a hard sell.
We design a flow where they notice it naturally.
From the other party's perspective, using the words they use in their daily life,
we insert it into their path so it catches their eye subtly.
In short, what kind of future awaits them?
If you can summarize it in about 30 seconds, they will notice it naturally.
As professionals, we also understand the real issues
that the other party hasn't even realized yet.
We gently embrace them and lead the way.
That was the kind of daydream I had this morning (laughs).
I hope this is helpful to you as well!
