Consultation on New Business (1) ~Can we do it?~
Common new business consultation (Part 1)
"Can we do it?"
By sharing common stories,
I thought it might be useful to someone else,
so I decided to make it a series.
I'm not sure how long it will last,
but it also serves as a way for me to organize my own thoughts (lol).
Can we do it?
When I'm asked that again, I get a little annoyed.
Start with the premise that you can do it!
Can you do it, or can't you?
If you're thinking about things like that, you can't focus on the work, right!?
As a premise before starting something,
It will definitely go well!
It will succeed!
I will make it succeed!!
Is there any harm in thinking that way?
If it doesn't go well, you just have to fix it and try again.
Once you decide to do it, you just have to do it.
If you do it, something will become clear.
Thinking about how you can do it
is also fun.
I'll start with the premise that if I do it, I can do it!
Eliminate the option of not being able to do it!
If you even slightly imagine the option that you can't do it,
your positive energy won't just be halved, it will drop to about 1/10th.
That's such a waste!
Thinking about the possibility of failure or risks should only be done a little at the beginning.
Instead of delusions,
I think it's enough to just gather examples that other people have actually experienced.
Regarding major risks,
you should set your goals in a direction that involves overcoming them or avoiding those risks.
In any case, the premise is that you can do it!
Keep your hypotheses rough and don't spend too much time on them!
However, just believing that things will go well can sometimes leave you wondering where you should be heading.
Starting without thinking is a bit dangerous.
It is better to formulate a hypothesis, even if it is rough.
People who are good at their jobs formulate hypotheses unconsciously.
A president who says, "Don't think, just do it! Move your hands and feet!"
is actually thinking about it unconsciously.
Talk about a success story where everything goes well!
If it were to go well, what would be necessary?
(You can look toward the future, but this is a bit weak as a line of thought.)
If you look back from the point of success,
what happened?
What were the factors for success?
If you imagine looking back from the future, under the premise that you have already succeeded,
you can naturally tell even a hypothetical story as a realistic one.
What comes out of your subconscious on its own is a "delusion."
A success story heading toward success!
Everyone has this ability.
While you are talking about these things casually during your break,
you gradually start to feel like you can do it if you try!
Warming up the passion within you
and waiting until you feel like doing it is also a valid approach.
You can do it if you try!
Let's go for it again today!
