I got home late last night, and while I was checking out the notes of people I know before going to bed, I came across a post that caught my attention. Could this, by any chance, be my cue?

JUN Music School mentioned that their blog posts had disappeared due to the closure of the blog site they were using. That would certainly be disheartening, wouldn't it? I thought so, but then I wondered... could the data still be saved somewhere?

The gap between what you know and what you don't know creates value

Information published on the internet is accessible to anyone. Not only humans, but computers also patrol it day and night. Google also stores a vast amount of information in its data centers, but the content itself is not public.

I remembered there was a service that quietly accumulates site logs and lets you go back in time like a time machine... It was a hot topic in the early days of the internet, so it's common knowledge for those who know it. But if you don't know about it, you wouldn't have the motivation to search for such a service.

When I did a quick search, I found it right away. I was surprised that the service is still running, and after playing around with it a bit, it seems usable.

A quick heads-up

I thought, I have to let them know!
Even though it was the middle of the night, I sent a message.

When I woke up in the morning, there was a thank-you message. I'm glad they noticed.

It was only a 10-minute event for me, but it created hours' worth of value for the other person. It was a moment where I felt it was interesting how innovation spreads from note connections.

A slightly meddlesome attitude

There are many things that are easy for you but not for others. If just helping a little can create many times the value, it makes me happy too.
