When you're stuck, let AI organize things for you!

This week, both the outside air and my brain are boiling lol

When organizing a large amount of information, until now, I have
used mind maps,
written things out on sticky notes,
or doodled in my notebook...

Even after trying various things, it just doesn't come together...

When that happens, AI becomes a strong ally!

Organizing a massive amount of bullet points in an instant

When a large amount of information has been gathered,
I sometimes struggle with
what criteria to use to organize it.

AI, without any hesitation, cuts things down sharply.
That decisiveness feels good.

There are times when I think, "I didn't see that coming lol," but

I often find myself thinking, "I see, so that's where you cut it," and feeling convinced.

As a partner for boldly compressing and organizing information,
AI is quite powerful!

Specifying output items brings you closer to the expected results

In the flow of Input → Organization → Output,
the output sometimes deviates from expectations.

Therefore, it is better to present the output items yourself.

If you provide a large amount of information and
ask it to reorganize using specific output items,
the organization proceeds quickly.

Gathering evidence with Perplexity

When you have organized everything but wonder, "Is this logic really okay?",
that's when you should use it.

By using your output as input again and asking Perplexity to
provide evidence for this and that,
it will gather supporting information for you.

You can also verify
whether the logic is sound
or if there are other perspectives to consider.

As I repeat this loop of hypothesis testing,
I often find that AI is more reliable than consulting a human,
and I think we may have already entered an era where that is the case.

Although the interface is still a bit cumbersome,
I find myself thinking, 'Not bad!'
and reflecting on how I interact with AI these days.

I wish I had asked AI to organize things for me a little sooner...

as I move on to today's tasks lol
