The Courage to Output Early: Passing with a 15-Point Effort!
The more serious you are, the more likely you are to take on all the work yourself.
You try hard, thinking 'This isn't good enough!', but you never finish and run out of time.
In the end, the results are half-baked...
Even though you have the motivation and the ability,
it is such a waste
that it doesn't lead to results.
This is a story about not holding everything in,
but trying to output your work early.
Just do it by hand for now!
When your head is spinning,
just writing it down by hand is fine!
If you use a computer, you'll want to make it look neat,
which takes even more time.
It is important to output quickly without spending too much time.
Outputting is about making things visible (visualization).
If you write it down by hand,
you can see how much you've done,
and where you are stuck.
And that is perfectly fine!
What you haven't done,
what you are struggling with,
and what you are confused about becomes visible.
In other words, it means visualizing what is inside your head.
This is super important!
Dialogue with yourself
The boundary between what you know and what you don't know,
the boundary between what you have done and what you haven't done,
look closely at these areas and ask yourself a 'question'!
What else is needed to move to the next step?
If you ask the right 'question,' the 'answer' will come naturally!
Self-questioning sounds stiff, but
you just need to think of a 'question' yourself.
The 'answer' is already in your head, and the 'question' will draw it out.
If you still don't know, then look it up!
Search online, ask an AI
Read a book
Ask someone
Any of these are fine
Reach a conclusion quickly without spending too much time
Delegate to others!
Things you cannot handle yourself
or things that take too much time,
just delegate them to others!
Doing everything alone is not the only right way
Your job is to achieve the best results as a team
If you want to do good work, building relationships where you can ask others for help is also important
The courage to show an output with a score of 15
Perhaps the reason you keep things to yourself is that
you don't want others to see an output with a score of 15,
and you're embarrassed and don't want to show it, right?
But the real problem is that your work keeps getting delayed
You should be more concerned about not producing results
So, produce output early and get others involved
If it's early, even a score of 15 isn't embarrassing (lol)
Try asking honestly,
"I've done this much, but I don't know what to do next..."
and see what happens
People are happy when they are asked for help or relied upon
This is a natural human psychology
It is also a truth
I reaffirmed the importance of the courage to ask for help through an anecdote about Steve Jobs
If you find yourself overthinking and feeling stuck, just produce some output!
You should be able to see various paths for what comes next
There are many options
