My First Experience with Next-Level Catering! ~Heartfelt Meals~

Yesterday was our year-end review meeting and social gathering with colleagues.

After our serious discussions, we had a fun social gathering. This time, instead of going to a restaurant, we decided to try catering!

It turned into a meal beyond my imagination—truly on another level (lol).

Lately, choosing a restaurant has been a struggle.

When more than 10 people gather, we don't just want to have a lively time; we also want to have some deep conversations.

Because of that, we prefer to rent out a private room.

Restaurants with private rooms and flexible time limits are quite limited, and the prices are also significant.

With the year-end party and the Christmas season, it was hard to find a place, and then someone suggested, "How about catering?"

The option of catering.

When I searched, I found a huge number of catering services.

Which one is good? I was lost, and the photos didn't give me a clear image. The reviews were mixed, which made me anxious (lol).

Since it costs a fair amount, I didn't want to make a mistake, so I couldn't quite make up my mind.

People over products and services.

The one we asked this time was an acquaintance of a member. When they were introduced with,
“I think they’ll do a really great job,”
of course, I’m going to jump on that (lol).

At that point, the only criteria for our decision was “trust.”

Since it seemed like it would fit within our budget, we decided to go for it, and...

They proposed so many things beyond what we requested that I was flustered.
“I’d like to serve warm food, so is it possible to do a little cooking there?” and so on... No way, I was surprised that catering could go that far!

We left almost everything to them, and it turned into a luxurious course with a total of 20 dishes.

This really feels like professional work

I can see why one would want to recommend this
