Do you want to separate work and private life? - The concept of Work in Life -
The weather is nice outside, but
it's a bit cold inside the room
It's an afternoon where I feel like working in the park
When my work speed doesn't pick up,
I sometimes wonder,
Are you really enjoying this?
If I could do it more enjoyably, my work would progress better...
I thought about this while pondering that
People who want to separate work and private life
Do you want to separate work and private life?
Is your private life more important?
If your private time became 100%, would you be super happy??
For such people, their mindset is a bit different from mine, so I don't really understand (laughs)
What is the perfect balance for work-life balance?
I think finding a balance is a good thing
Rather than biased thinking or actions,
going back and forth, having a reciprocal movement,
seems to bring change and interesting ideas
In that sense, I think work-life balance is good, but
when people say they want to cherish their private life, I feel a bit of discomfort
Do you hate your job??
This is the point, honestly, do you hate your current job?
If you hate it, you should think of ways to make it fun
That's all
If it's difficult in the short term, a long-term strategy becomes important
It's a waste to keep hating it forever, isn't it?
Those who grow are the ones who have interest and keep thinking about it 24 hours a day
If you have an interest in your current job, you should be able to come up with plenty of ways to make it fun
Even if you can't get work off your mind for 24 hours, I don't think you'll be punished for it
There are a certain number of people who want to forget about work completely once they leave the office
I can understand it, but I don't empathize with it
It's just a pity, I think
Even though you are spending precious time in your life, I think it's a waste
If you have the chance, even in your private time, try to relate things to your work,
thinking, "Maybe I can apply this to that work project?"
I want you to care about your work enough to jot down notes like that.
You'll get tired if you think about it seriously 24 hours a day, but
I think it's fine to think about it in a relaxed way.
Think about it like a hobby.
It's daydreaming time lol
The concept of Work in Life
Rather than separating work and private life,
how to position work within your own life
is the idea behind the concept of
Work in Life
If you search for it, various things will come up.
You have no choice but to decide the direction of your own life yourself.
Even if you're lost, keep thinking...
Within that, how do you position your current job?
While producing results and receiving compensation,
it's definitely better to grow along the way, right!?
Instead of just doing tasks in front of you,
if you think of work as a process of growing in line with your life's purpose,
isn't it okay if work crosses your mind a little during your private time?
I've been the type to mix public and private life since I was young.
Now that I'm self-employed, there's almost no boundary.
That feels more natural and is fun!
It's hard to bridge the gap, but
I just had a thought like that.
I'll think about it a bit more.
