Moving forward even when asked 'What are you talking about?' Part 2: Trademark Registration Requirements

I have learned that it is difficult to register a trademark using only 'text'.

The closest approach to my goal is to incorporate it into a logo as '#WhatAreYouTalkingAbout' and register it.

For detailed explanations regarding this, such as registration categories or interpretations, please contact Hentai-do, also known as Maiton. It is too difficult for me to explain. However, they taught me the best option for the direction I want to take. I am grateful.

I also learned that I cannot use fonts for trademarking a logo due to copyright issues.

In other words, I will digitize handwritten characters and register them.

Therefore, I would like to call for handwritten 'What are you talking about?' characters.

Rii-chan kindly came up with several designs for the logo despite being busy, even with my unreasonable requests. I have chosen the one I like best among them.

I will now announce it.

I want a handwritten 'What are you talking about?' for this design.

I would like anyone to write this during next week's collection period. I will digitize your handwriting as-is and immediately apply for it as a trademarked logo (Ro-go).

This is how it will be. The chosen 'What are you talking about?' text will remain as a logo forever. The finalized logo is also scheduled to be stamped on the cover of the e-book.

If more than one submission is collected, we will list them in an article the week after next and hold a vote. In the event of a tie, the earlier submission will be chosen.

In the back alley, it is truly a 'What are you talking about?' vote.

I realized that it wouldn't be bad for amateurs to hold a publication commemorative party. Let's celebrate it ourselves. I hope we can meet and play together to commemorate it. I would like to use the note event venue, but it seems it cannot be used at the moment, so I am thinking of gathering in front of the note company, taking a group photo, and then moving to the venue. In the first place, there is no way we back-alley residents could get in.
