Something like a self-introduction
Good morning, this is Hosshi.
I thought maybe I should do a self-introduction or something...
I thought about things like my favorite color or favorite words, but who would even be interested in that? 😅
Having reached that conclusion, I decided to just ramble on and write down my life story.
<Around 3-6 years old>
Apparently, I was a quiet child who didn't speak at all.
I had my first love at nursery school.
<Around 7-8 years old>
I wet myself at the elementary school entrance ceremony, so I'm the only one in the group photo wearing gym shorts.
I tripped during the footrace at sports day and crossed the finish line crying.
<Around 9-12 years old>
Even though it's an age where you tend to tease or be mean to the person you like, I used the advanced technique of being kind to my crush and had the biggest popularity peak of my life.
<Around 14 years old>
I tried too hard at the trunk flexibility test during a physical exam and ended up with a painful injury, taking a step into adulthood.
After that, between the sensitivity and the pain from the irritation, the test results were the worst.
I went through a typical phase of 'eighth-grader syndrome,' wanting to wrap things in bandages or put on adhesive bandages for no reason.
<Around 16-18 years old>
I got my first girlfriend.
Half of my brain was filled with thoughts about breasts.
I got suspended for drinking and making a scene at the school festival after-party. I was the ringleader.
<Around 19-20 years old>
I went on to a vocational-style school and got a new girlfriend, but I acted too much like a monkey and got dumped.
I started playing the drums to be popular, but I wasn't popular at all.
<Around 21-24 years old>
Miraculously, I got a job at a reasonably large company.
Alongside work, I joined a visual-kei band to try and be popular.
After a live show, I forgot to take off my nail polish and went to work, which really creeped out my coworkers.
<Around 24 years old>
Tired of wearing makeup and trying to look cool, I quit the visual-kei band and, wanting to get serious about music, I quit my job.
Alongside the drums, I started playing the saxophone because I wanted to step out to the front sometimes.
<Around 24-29 years old>
I joined a pop & rock band with a female vocalist, male guitarist, male bassist, and female keyboardist as their drummer.
Of course, to make ends meet, I worked tons of part-time jobs.
When we were performing at Umeda Kagetsu, I spent my time in the dressing room borrowing Master Sakata's slippers without permission.
By the way, they had 'idiot' written on them.
We luckily won a contest and were invited to an indie agency.
By the way, the pay for this was 80,000 yen a year.
I appeared on TV a little, on the radio a little, did sound recording for minor local commercials, and various other things.
When I was doing street performances, I got harassed a lot by homeless people.
When we played at a club, we were liked by some Black guys.
Around this time, I met my current wife and we started dating.
We went all the way to Tokyo to record and released a CD, but it didn't sell at all and we were dropped by the agency.
I had decided to live freely until I was about 30, so I quit music.
The band members from this time became my lifelong friends.
<Around 28 years old>
For some reason, I was invited on a family trip by my girlfriend's (current wife's) family, and thinking only of the free food, I went along and met her parents and siblings for the first time.
By the way, at this time, I had bleached blonde hair and wore flashy clothes, so I think my first impression was bad.
<Around 29 years old>
I went to ask my wife's parents for permission to marry her, but her family was so wealthy that I was completely taken aback.
By the way, at this time, I was still blonde and unemployed, but I think her parents, who allowed me to marry her, werea little crazyand are wonderful people with great foresight who don't judge people by their appearance.
<Around 30 years old>
I got a job at a staffing agency and married my wife.
A little while after we got married, our oldest child (female) was born.
It took about half a day for her to come out, and I burst into tears.
Thank you for being born.
And, wife, thank you for your hard work.
I eventually became the office manager of the staffing agency, though there were rumors that it was just because there was no one else suitable.
I pooped my pants while commuting to work.
Exhausted by a life with over 200 hours of overtime a month and barely one day off, I worried that I wouldn't have time for my family and that my children wouldn't even recognize me as their father, so I changed jobs a few times and settled into my current company, starting a three-shift rotation.
<Around 36-39 years old>
We wanted a second child, but since there was no news, we underwent fertility treatment.
I went into the collection room to provide a sample, and while I tried my best watching the provided AV, it didn't match the director's (or whoever's) taste, and I struggled with the self-generation.
I spent a fair amount of money and time with no results, and since my wife looked so miserable, we ended the treatment.
I think it was because the AV selection was bad; I should have brought my own.
But as soon as we stopped, we were blessed with our younger child (male).
Even though it was supposed to be a painless delivery, the anesthesia wore off halfway through, and it became a normal delivery. Give me my money back.
But thank you for being born.
And, wife, thank you for your hard work.
<Around 40 years old to present>
While there have been many difficult times, the kids have grown up, and I've been struggling with stock investments, started a side job, worked as an extra in movies, and started note and met all of you...
Even though I think that the time I was in a band was the most fun, I think that the busy time I spend now with my wife and children is the most fun of all.

...That's long!
I mean, what is this...
I feel like I just exposed my shame, but oh well.
If it gets too bad, I'll just delete it~ 😅
Anyway, I look forward to your continued support!
