If you can't move, move physically.
To those who cannot move. Start with a "walk" and that's fine.
People who don't have anything they want to do yet.
People who have something they want to do, but can't move.
I think everyone has their own reasons.
No time.
No money.
No confidence.
Don't even know what to do in the first place.
But there is one thing in common.
You are not moving.
That is why I think.
Start with a walk, and that's fine.
Walking is simple.
No preparation needed.
No skills needed.
No one can stop you.
Just go outside and walk.
But this is surprisingly not to be underestimated.
First, your brain starts moving.
It's okay to walk aimlessly.
But I recommend "walking while thinking."
Then, strangely enough,
"Maybe I should try that"
"Maybe this would work"
Ideas like these will come up.
The ones that didn't come up at your desk will appear.
Next, your body changes.
It doesn't mean you'll suddenly gain physical strength.
But,
The things you thought you'd do tomorrow turn into "maybe I'll do them today."
This is huge.
And then there's your mental state.
The scenery changes.
The air changes.
There are people around.
Just that alone makes you feel like you've moved forward a little.
No, you've actually moved forward.
People who can't find what they want to do are thinking too much in their heads.
People who have something they want to do but can't move are finding the first step too heavy.
So, you should think of it this way.
If you can't move, move physically.
A walk is the smallest unit for that.
It's so small that it's easy to dismiss, but it's surprisingly effective.
If you want to change something, first go outside.
And then, walk.
That's all you need to do.
