I was truly happy to receive such a polite comment on the videos I've been posting from a fan of former manager Nakajima.

I thought maybe I shouldn't talk about manager Nakajima anymore, but as a way to mark a milestone, I'm going to summarize my past videos about manager Nakajima (I won't add 'former' this time, as it's a nickname).

It might feel like this isn't a video right from the start, but the episode about manager Nakajima that Miyagi-kun talked about at this year's talk show...

I once saw something online asking if manager Nakajima was scary, and I thought, 'No way! Come on! I'll show you the real manager Nakajima!' and posted a video.

He's a kind manager who celebrates Miyagi-kun's birthday by saying 'Happy Birthday!'

He was a good mentor to Kure as well, and you could tell he cared for him, so I loved seeing those two together.

He is a good mentor who talks openly even to players with a future ahead of them.

He gives detailed guidance even to veterans, and I loved him because he really watches over everyone and guides them with the perfect sense of distance.

Taishi-kun has had a tough time going through various teams, but I was really rooting for him when I saw manager Nakajima looking out for him.

I also love how he would go talk to pitchers who lost after getting hit, following up with them the next day.

Haru-chan really couldn't get a hit for a long time, and seeing manager Nakajima patting him on the back during a game in the preseason... that's kind, isn't it?
I also love how he stays close to them because he knows how painful it is when they can't get a hit.

It's not just that he's kind; I also love that even in games where they were losing badly, he would inspire everyone and show an attitude of never giving up until the end.
The balance between being strict and being kind is just right; I really love that about him.

Even amidst all that, there were the playful sides he would show sometimes.

Like how he was surprisingly close with Perdomo.

Even when I tried to watch other players, I couldn't take my eyes off this, and I just kept watching it.
I wonder why... maybe he opened his heart to Perdomo. I just loved the vibe between the two of them.

It's great when Raoh takes a picture with manager Nakajima after winning the championship, and how he just gives a gentle smile while looking surprised.

I love how he was laughing and having fun when Ishiryo went out in place of Raoh after winning the CS.

This moment during the retirement game for T-san, Adacchi, and Oda-san really captures all of manager Nakajima's best qualities, and I truly love it.

It was really painful to see manager Nakajima and Miyagi-kun at the last official game of the year, and I still cry when I see it, but I'm glad I saw it.
I'm glad I was able to see manager Nakajima as manager one last time.

After that, the news of his resignation came out, and it was really hard. I wanted to be able to say goodbye and thank you, so when manager Nakajima appeared at the fan festival, I really ended up crying and shouting.

I only know the two years that Manager Nakajima was in charge, but I'm so glad I got to experience all the happy and fun times.
I'm sobbing as I write this.
I loved Manager Nakajima so much.
I'm still sad, but since he valued the idea that players are already thinking about the next thing, thinking about what to do next when they step up to the plate,
