I attended the Tokyo Spiritual Festival in Yokohama for the first time!
On June 14th, I attended the Tokyo Spiritual Festival in Yokohama as a general visitor!!
It was my first time at a fortune-telling/spiritual event. As an otaku who has only ever attended events like Comiket or doujinshi conventions... well, putting that backstory aside lol, I headed to the venue with that kind of excitement!
I arrived leisurely about an hour after the doors opened, and there were already several customers having sessions at the booths inside! (About 90% of the venue was made up of session booths!)
Amazing! I wandered around thinking, 'Everything is so lively here!' and found myself distracted by all the attractive booths!
However, as someone who grew up on only-events and Comiket, I'm a product-sales event person at heart... (I know, I'm persistent). I was drawn into the sales booths, and as expected of a spiritual event, there were so many stones and accessories that seemed filled with powerful energy! I was distracted here too!
As someone who does fortune-telling, I've always wanted to meet my own special power stone or item someday. But authentic items are quite pricey, and I couldn't easily afford them... so being able to talk to the exhibitors in depth while choosing products is a privilege unique to these events! My excitement was through the roof!!
That's when a fateful encounter happened...!
What caught my eye was a heart-shaped stone bracelet in sky blue...!!
I fell in love with the color, shape, and design in an instant. The name of that stone is Larimar!! (The exhibitor explained this to me!!)
It seems to be a very rare stone, and they said they were offering it at a much lower price than the market rate, but it was still out of my budget at the time (what a pity...)
Perhaps because there were no other customers around and they saw me agonizing over it for a long time, they said, 'If you're worried about the price, I can help you with that?'
They were so generous, but I ended up leaving the booth to clear my head, acting all suspicious in the process.
In the end, I couldn't give up, so I returned to the booth, and thanks to the exhibitor's kindness, I was able to purchase the heart-shaped Larimar necklace at a price I could afford!!!
Here it is!!!
(My photo skills are bad, but I hope the cuteness comes across lol😂😂😂

They said the chain length is adjustable and it's made of material that's gentle on the skin.
My unicorn, Yumeka-chan (I named her), can wear it too!

They told me that Larimar has the power to gently push those who are trying to take on new challenges!
When I looked it up, I found out that Larimar is a stone found in the Dominican Republic, its light blue color is reminiscent of the Caribbean Sea, and its name comes from 'Larissa,' one of its discoverers, and 'mar,' the Spanish word for sea. I thought it was perfect for me, as I have various roots connected to the sea! 😆✨
I participated in the Spiritual Festival this time because I decided that I wanted to participate as an exhibitor myself someday! I'm currently in the middle of planning and creating works for that!! It's truly fate!
Here is the account for Rukana, the healing vibration artist who helped me out this time!
Thank you so much for such a wonderful time!
And so, having gotten my own special treat, I left the venue feeling warm and fuzzy!
I'd love to try a session booth next time!
Yokohama is my hometown, so I stopped by Yamashita Park right in front of the venue for the first time in a while and had a fun trip home.
Events are just the best!
(I'd love to go to the next one in Hamamatsucho toooooo😆
Thank you for reading this far!!!
