Time-Saving! Happosai Ankake Yakisoba
A quick and easy
ankake yakisoba
made using leftover Happosai from the day before. The thick, savory sauce coats the crispy fried noodles, making it a very satisfying meal.
[Ingredients] (Serves 1)
・Happosai... leftovers
・Steamed yakisoba noodles... 1 pack
・Light soy sauce... 1 tsp
・Salt, white pepper... a pinch each
・Sesame oil... as needed
[Instructions]
Preparation
・Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the steamed yakisoba noodles.
・Season with salt, white pepper, and light soy sauce, then transfer to a plate.
・Warm the remaining Happosai in the same pan.
2. Plating
・Pour the Happosai generously over the yakisoba and it's ready!

[Quick Tip]
・If you make a large batch of Happosai, you can enjoy it twice by using the leftovers for yakisoba.
・Frying the noodles until they are a bit crispy enhances the aroma and makes it delicious 😊
