Teleworking, why am I wearing a mask?

That's true, isn't it.
Since you aren't meeting in person, there's no need to wear a mask.
That is true, but still.
However, after three years of mask life, I've learned something.
That you can slack off on makeup with a mask.
If you wear a mask, as long as you put effort into your eye makeup, you look a few percentage points better.
I've also had people make various happy misunderstandings about me when I wear a mask (lol).
But it's also true that I want to say goodbye to masks as soon as possible.

Pretending to study, but watching YouTube instead

This is... lol
I relate to this way too much.
If YouTube had existed when I was a student, I definitely would have pretended to study while watching YouTube.
Kids these days study on tablets, right?
Of course they're going to watch it!! That's the point.
In my day, it was reading manga while pretending to study.
And late-night radio.

The Omron god, who never complains about massages

This is another verse that I find all too relatable.
You see, until I was in high school, just having my shoulders touched would make me ticklish and give me the creeps.
However, once I started working, I became prone to stiff shoulders and lower back pain.
I even ended up going to an osteopathic clinic while I was still a minor.
Well, the lower back pain was partly unavoidable since my first job was at a company that handled teaching materials.
Nowadays, the back pain isn't so bad, but my shoulder stiffness is terrible.
If I'm not careful, it even gives me headaches.
At times like that, it's Omron-sama who kneads me back to health.
I have the one for the neck, and my second daughter has the cushion-type one, so we use whichever one we need.
Omron-sama, who never complains about being tired or asks for massage money, is truly a god.

The 'finished' ladies aren't at the gym

Hmm, this verse also hits the nail on the head (lol).
That's certainly true.
I'm sure there are 'finished' people at the gym, but those types probably go to more hardcore gyms.
Back when I was 15 or 16 kg heavier than I am now,
I thought about joining a gym.
But then I thought, 'I have to expose this body just to go to the gym?' and decided that was a no-go.
I thought I needed to go on a diet just to be able to go to the gym lol
Yes, a diet for the sake of a diet!!!
In the end, I never went to the gym, but even if I had, I probably would have quit after three days and just kept paying the membership fees.

'Love puts on clothes, affection takes them off, the frustration of it all'

Yeah, I think this really hits on the essence of romance!
I kind of love this sort of thing.
I could drink a beer with this verse as my snack lol
The feeling of love makes you put on clothes.
That includes dressing up, but I'm sure it also includes the desire to look good for the other person.
As the relationship progresses and turns into affection, you enter the stage where you take them off (or have them taken off?).
Sometimes you take off the clothes you're wearing (or have them taken off?).
And I'm sure there's also the process of becoming able to show your true self without any pretense.
That doesn't happen in one leap.
You take three steps forward and two steps back, moving forward while feeling a bit of frustration.
Well, if it's just a relationship where you're taking off (or having taken off) the clothes you're wearing, there might be cases where love and affection don't even come into play💦
