[Firefly Study Log] Day 48 - Robot Video (Part 1) 🤖
I worked hard again today! I had a bit of extra time and it's the weekend, so I challenged myself to create a video.
However, since today only covers the video and sound effects, I will call this 'Part 1'.
🎨 Today's Theme: 'Robot Video 🤖'
Since I did 'dinosaurs' the other day, I chose the opposite theme: the future.
“A heartwarming story about a small robot that finds a flower blooming for the first time and rejoices”
That's the image.
After some adjustments, I decided on the following prompt for the video!
📝 Today's Prompt (Video)
A tiny cute robot with a round head and big eyes finds a small, glowing toy-like flower on a smooth white floor. The flower is minimal, pop-colored, and artificial-looking. The robot gently touches it and spins joyfully. Bright pastel lights appear on the background, creating a cheerful and artificial atmosphere. 5-second animation, soft shadows, minimal background, toy-like style, pop and non-organic look.
I also created sound effects to go with this.
📸 Output Result:

📝 Today's Prompt (Sound Effects)
A soft and cheerful chime sound when a cute robot discovers a glowing flower. Includes gentle digital beeps and subtle twinkling tones. Calming and heartwarming atmosphere. Suitable for children's animation or short robot scene.
The sound image is like the discovery/confirmation sounds from Nintendo-style games (e.g., Pikmin or Kirby).
🤔 Insights:
The 'cuteness' of the robot is the most important factor. Even if the background or flowers are a bit weak, it works if the character's charm is strong.
If the 'texture' of the plants is too realistic, it feels out of place, so a pop and inorganic texture is best.
A structure that completes in 'Cute x 1 Action (Discovery/Rejoicing/Dancing)' is perfect for a 5-second video.
Sound design is also essential to add depth to the world-building.
Tomorrow, I plan to create the background music and cover art, and then put everything together into a final video.
